[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first fully automatic espresso machine and I am glad I didn’t buy a cheaper one. I upgraded from an OXO machine since I wanted an all in one machine and the KF7 meets all my requirements. It is easy to take care of and lots of instructional videos. My coffee tastes substantially better now and I’m in the process of learning more about coffee beans as well.

This machine is AMAZING! So very quiet, large bean hopper and water reservoir and the variety of drinks available, thanks to the milk container attachment, is a welcome change. After 2 months of daily use, I am deeply in love with my new super automatic.

I experience with this company very bad experience it's been more than two weeks I am trying to order coffee machine with out no reason the been canceling i have been a customer with this company more than 13 years never have problem . I am so disappointed 😞

We keep a nice white ceramic container under the spout and a quarter of a paper towel in the grounds container and it really minimizes the cleaning. I am very happy with the appearance of the machine, the quality of the coffee, the variety of drinks, the milk set up, and the ease of cleaning. It’s nice because it satisfies both of our coffee tastes, Americano and latte. Highly recommend!

The only minus I would mention is a slightly low temperature of a coffee+milk beverages (missing of a "very hot" setting in the menu). Otherwise it's a wonderful machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KF7 really delivers! I am a black coffee drinker, primarily. I mostly drink Americanos and coffees from the menu. I found it very easy to adjust the settings to my preference. On weekends I will make myself a milky drink - I have worked through the menu during the first month I have owned this machine. My favorites are the latte and the cappuccino. The espresso is good, too. The machine prompts me to rinse and to empty the drip tray, etc. It is very little work, and has been easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! Be aware that it’s made of mostly plastic.Even the lines where hot water goes through. Just think of the amount of microplastics every time you make a cup of coffee. I’d like to see this redesigned with less plastic parts.

The variety of drinks I can make is great. I have noticed it doesn’t tell me when I need to add beans and can run out in the midst of a grind and it keeps on going. I was nervous about grinding espresso every morning at 5am and annoying my neighbors in the apartment next door, but you can barely hear this from across the room, so through a wall, the sound would be nonexistent.

I am quite happy with the KF7 which makes excellent coffee and cappuccino (haven't tried many others yet). I like the larger water reservoir that the KF7 has although it goes through water quickly with all the rinsing that it does. Mildly inconvenient that you have to empty the drip tray before rinsing after making a milk drink even when there is little water and only one or two pucks.
