Keychain camera.

I absolutely love this product. Works perfectly fine for me. The only issue I have is that no where on the box does it state you need a microSD card. If I would have known that I needed one I would have purchased it that same day. So if you decide to purchase this product make sure you get a memory card also otherwise it’s useless.

Fun concept, terrible customer service

I was so excited for this purchase. It was fun to open the mystery box and discover which one I received. However, I tried to take photos with it for the past week and the top button won't work for 80 percent of the time. When I reached out on the phone, the only option was to handle in-store. When I went to the store, they said it had to be done at a store that has the product in stock. I asked customer service chat if anything could be done, and they said no- all had to be done in store. How has it become my responsibility to fix this when you sent me a defective product from an online purchase? It just feels like the run around when no one wants to handle it. As much as I love the concept, I wouldn't recommend.

Pick up system doesnt work.

Worst customer experience i've had in a purchase. Came from Big Bear Lake to Long Beach to pick up the item. Got canceled 10 minutes prior to closing time when i was in long beach already. Had to go back home empty handed and in the middle of a storm; 5 hours wasted and gas. Later that night they gave me the option to get it at the same store the following day at the same store. Went there and picked it up. Talked to someone on how this pick up system works and it's human error; it does not work. Talked to a manager telling them the situation of bad experience and did not honor me anything at all not even a discount. Worst customer experience ever.
