How to:
1. Depending on the thickness of your hair, squeeze a dime to a quarter-sized amount into your palm.
2. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather for a deep clean. Add more shampoo, if desired.
3. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.

Strong cologne smell, gives headache
It just smells like somebody sprayed a ton of cologne and I’m locked in the car with them. The smell gave me a headache. Besides the smell it took a large amount of shampoo to actually lather and the bubbles disappear pretty quickly. I wish it didnt smell like this. It does leave a residue despite washing multiple times. I wouldn’t purchase this again.

On the plus side, my hair has been looking great - it has a lovely, effortless drop that's made it a breeze to brush and style. As someone with dry hair, I think this shampoo is just okay for me. It doesn't seem to add any extra moisture, but it doesn't dry it out more than other shampoos either. I'd give it a 3/5 on the dryness scale. I've only used it twice, so I can't say for sure if it's a long-term solution, but so far, it's just an average shampoo for me. My only real gripe is the scent - it's quite strong and not really my thing. I'd give it 3/5 stars for the smell; it's a bit too overpowering for me. It’s a good shampoo that lathers really well and makes sure your hair is clean but not lacking moisture. Better than High end, expensive brands

I've been alternating this shampoo and conditioner set with other high-end brands, and this product is NUMBER ONE. It makes my hair incredibly soft, the shampoo lathers well, and the scent is amazing; it helps me relax after a long day at work. What truly impressed me the most is how incredibly soft my hair is after drying. With other high-end shampoos/conditioners, my hair is usually dry and prone to breakage after drying. But not with the Kristen Ess Signature shampoo and conditioner set! I will forever be a fan of this product and will give up other expensive brands to only use this one. I haven't noticed much hair loss either.
