    Long-lasting scent

    Sloppy and not needed use of tape snd labels

    The product is fine but the Kristin RSS hairspray and shampoo bottles are full of tape and stickers that look awful on my bathroom . I’ve never had anything shipped this way!

    So far So Soft and Clean

    Decided to try some of the Kristen Ess shampoos other than the clarifying one I use. First off the smell of this shampoo is refreshing but not overwhelming at first sniff. After one application my hair is soft, squeaky clean and feels great. It doesn’t appear to leave any residue behind. My hair doesn’t feel heavy like some shampoos with biotin can do.

    Packaging is faulty

    This shampoo is so good! However, they really need to change the packaging. I’m on my second bottle and it is impossible to dispense and when it finally does the shampoo leaks out all over the side. Had to put it into a different container each time. It’s a shame because the product itself is so good!

    Smells Wonderful but Not Very Moisturizing

    Worth a try!

    Thick lather

The packaging is really pretty and minimal, and the shampoo smells amazing kind of like a clean, salon scent that lingers in your hair after washing. It lathers well and definitely leaves my hair feeling clean, but I noticed it can be a little drying if I use it every wash. I was hoping for more noticeable strengthening benefits, but my hair didn’t feel much different in terms of breakage or overall health. It’s not a bad shampoo by any means, but it didn’t wow me either. If you like lightly scented shampoos that cleanse well, it might be worth trying, but I’m not sure I would repurchase.

    Amazing smell
