The thing I love about this formula most is that it gets your hair super clean but also leaves it feeling
moisturized and looking shiny. It's hard to find a shampoo, particularly a sulfate-free shampoo, that does both really well.
Lather, rinse, repeat! You know the drill right?!
How to:
1. Depending on the thickness of your hair, dispense a dime to quarter-sized amount
into your palm.
2. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather.
3. Rinse clean and repeat if necessary.
Tip: If my hair is extra oily or has a lot of product in it, I like to shampoo twice.

Q: How do you open the bottle? The most poorly designed pump bottle I have EVER dealt with. WASTE of money as I cannot use the bottle and now have to be hassled to return it when I specifically ordered it online so that I didn't have to go to the store.

A: Hello! Sorry for the inconvenience. For the pump, with dry hands, hold the collar of the pump and turn the nozzle piece counterclockwise until the pump pops up. Make sure the collar under the pump is tightly screwed into the bottle. We hope this helps!

It feels super soft after rinsing but absolutely agree with other reviews. I had a lot more hair loss than normal using this product. I’ve discontinued use after a few weeks. Noticeably more hair in my hands in the shower while using. Was super disappointed. Hair also felt very dry & dead letting it air dry after use!!

Kristin Ess Deep Clean Clarifying Shampoo has been a game changer for my long, thin hair, especially since I tend to have oil buildup at the roots.
