The thing I love about this formula most is that it gets your hair super clean but also leaves it feeling
moisturized and looking shiny. It's hard to find a shampoo, particularly a sulfate-free shampoo, that does both really well.
Lather, rinse, repeat! You know the drill right?!
How to:
1. Depending on the thickness of your hair, dispense a dime to quarter-sized amount
into your palm.
2. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather.
3. Rinse clean and repeat if necessary.
Tip: If my hair is extra oily or has a lot of product in it, I like to shampoo twice.

It smells amazing and I have long hair so I was skeptical about the small bottles but it lasted me for a long time actually it’s still about halfway full and I have had it for about a year or better now so. Q: How do you open the bottle? The most poorly designed pump bottle I have EVER dealt with. WASTE of money as I cannot use the bottle and now have to be hassled to return it when I specifically ordered it online so that I didn't have to go to the store.

I unfortunately used this product for about a year and this ruined my hair. The shampoo and conditioner will weaken your hair, thin it out and cause extreme fallout. My hair would come out in chunks when I showered after using this for so long. I have long, thick hair so fallout has always been normal, but then my hair was falling out every wash, every brush. Do Not Buy this!

I had high hopes for this product after seeing its “clean” branding, but unfortunately, it did not work for me. After just one use, my scalp became incredibly itchy — the irritation extended down to my neck and even my chin. It may have triggered a mild allergic reaction. There were no signs of hair fall, which I appreciate, but the discomfort was too much to ignore. I don’t typically have a sensitive scalp, so this reaction was unexpected and disappointing. If you have even mildly sensitive skin, I would be cautious with this product. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I love this Kristin Ess shampoo! Kristin Ess never misses the mark. My husband even uses it every once in a while, and the smell is so clean. I have gone though so many bottles of this stuff I had to get the big size. Instead of making my hair feel not clean, and really dry and brittle like other company’s this product has made my hair feel clean but not to the point my hair is the desert afterwords. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an affordable product that gets the job done.

I used this along with the conditioner for a couple weeks, hoping to find a compromise for my very effective, yet very expensive, preferred brand. I can’t even finish the bottle. While I didn’t experience hair loss, it did leave my hair feeling sticky and weighted down, no matter how much I rinsed. It was even hard to pass a styling tool through it. Despite the heaviness, my hair also felt dry. Maybe this works for some, but I’m surprised this product remains on the market. I do think this brand makes nice hair accessories.

I am currently on my 4th bottle of this shampoo. Before this, I was using the Ouai Clarifying shampoo. While that one is okay, this performs so much better and it’s way more cost-effective. I have not switched since I started using this. I use it once a week and it leaves my scalp feeling squeaky clean. The smell is gorgeous! However, it is very strong and it lingers on your hair for a long time. So, I would not blind buy this. It’s best to smell it in person!

As I love all of her products that I have tried, I decided to give this a shot as I needed a good clarifying shampoo. I do like it but I was not overly impressed. I don't use it every day but two times a week. I use it in the mornings after I leave an oil treatment in overnight. Regular shampoo wasn't cutting it, so I bought this. It cleanses and removes the oil better than my regular shampoo but I can still feel the oil on the underneath. It smells good and does lather up nice. The bottle socks. I am about halfway through it and the bottle is completely smashed to the point I am worried it is going to get a hoke in it. They are probably trying to recycle which I do appreciate but it dies need to be a little bit higher quality. I do like this and have purchased a lot of the Kristin Ess products multiple times but I do not see myself buying this one again.
