Great, easy to use gray coverage or overall color
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the same medium brown root touch up shade for years and this Excellence Crème is a far better product and process. First, the applicator is an easy to handle squeeze bottle, not a flimsy dish. Second, this product includes a Hyaluronic acid shampoo and generously sized conditioner to be used directly following the coloring treatment. The competitors product can only be rinsed and not shampooed after which leaves an ammonia odor on your hair. Finally, the portion of colorant is impressive, with my long hair I needed to but 2 of the competitors product for full coverage but L'Oréal provided plenty of colorant in one package. I'm very happy with the ease of application and the final color, check out my before, during and after photos to see my results.

Smells awful but coverage amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate the smell it made my eyes water, to bad I read the ingredients after I used it!!! I try not to use anything with hydrogen peroxide in it but it smelled almost like ammonia or something I used it three days ago I've washed my hair with my normal shampoo and conditioner and I can still smell it. However the coverage is amazing!!!!!!!!!

Excellent gray coverage, strong odor

Reminded me of when my mom used to dye her hair at home in the 1980s. The included shampoo and conditioner are very nice and smell good, I think the coverage of grays is great and the color blends well with my hair color. Using the included high quality gloves, my fingers didn’t stain at all. My hair is very soft, but quite dry after coloring.

The colors seem to run dark.

This is definitely brown and not even light brown, in my opinion. The conditioner and the shampoo were excellent. I would like to be able to purchase the conditioner separately! The conditioner has a pleasant fresh scent and made my hair super soft.

The best home hair dye!

It’s very easy to apply, does not drip, and move my hair looking shiny and healthy. The color stays true, and never leaves my hair, looking brassy. It also doesn’t not dry out my scalp. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using L’Oréal hair color for 20 years with different color. I decided to try this color this time. The color came out is so pretty however, maybe because it’s too light so it doesn’t cover all of my gray hair . There is 4 items came along inside the box. I just had to mixed number 1 & 2 together then applied on my hair. I waited for 45 mins then I washed it and rinse it with the shampoos and hair color protection came with the box (3&4). It doesn’t smell bad like other products. My hair looks shine and brighter. I will continue using this brand but I might choose a dark color to easily cover my gray hair. This color would be better for the person who has just a little gray hair, not 80% gray hair and up like me.

This color dye help bring some vibrant tones of golden brown. It comes with shampoo and conditioner and made my hair so silky smooth. Recommend for good at home color

But the color and how my hair felt after the application was great. Great color choice when you want to go red.

It’s very easy to use, applies throughout the hair and my hair actually feels and looks better after coloring. It’s a beautiful red and it lasts in my hair for a while before I need to color again. Natural Look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before and after pictures. I like the natural looking color. I was able to color my hair with easy to follow instructions. I like that L’Oreal puts shampoo and conditioner in this box of dye. The dye covered some of my gray, but not all. Maybe about 90 percent coverage. My hair looks natural and feels soft.
