Description
L'Oreal Paris introduces Flash Cat Eye All Day Liquid Waterproof Eyeliner. This brush tip eyeliner has a removal wing stencil to help achieve precise wings in a flash. Liquid liner look can be achieved with or without a stencil. Packaging may vary.
Instructions: Position open part of stencil at the outer edge of the eye. Lay flat to skin. Fill in the stencil to draw the wing. Remove the stencil from outer edge of eye. Continue line across your eyelid.
Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye can lead to eye damage, and in extreme cases, even blindness. If your eye is scratched, stop using all eye cosmetics and go to an ophthalmologist immediately. Never apply this product in a moving vehicle.

This is a good eye liner! I typically use another one from this brand but wanted to try the stencil, the stencil helps me not go too far out with the wings. It doesn’t make it perfect but definitely easier! As far as the actual liner it’s very good and I would use it even with out the stencil!

I’ve been using this eyeliner for a while. I wear a cat eye daily and this is very smudge proof. I wore it to a funeral and it didn’t smear a bit even with all the crying and rubbing of my eyes. It doesn’t come off without makeup remover unless I’m using hot hot water directly on it and even then, I still need makeup remover to get it completely off. Highly recommend!

Terrible. It has to be applied multiple times to actually show some color, and not only it isn't waterproof, but it smears like crazy and after half an hour my entire eyelids are covered in black. Outside in the heat of the summer it's even worse. I need to check myself in the mirror all the time and fix my makeup so that I don't look like a clown. The worst makeup purchase of my life!

The cat eye piece that comes with it does not work that well at all. It easier to just turn the pen sideways and lay it from your out corner to know where to make your cat eye look! But so far the actual pen works fine!

Good idea but very difficult to hold the removable stencil at exactly the same angle on both side. I ended up with non-symmetrical cat eyes. They are perfect cat eyes but one side is higher than the other. Is there a trick of how to line up the stencil when getting ready to do the other eye?

This product does not smudge (at least for me) at all! In fact, once it’s on, it is in unless I use make up remover! It has lasted almost a year and still has not dried out. It’s been a great product and now it’s hard to find! I highly recommend this eyeliner.

It has good color but the other day I while I was using it I felt drops on my arm and I thought my ceiling was leakin when I checked it was black drops from the eyeliner. Idk why it would do that I store it upright.. But it got me scared bc I dont want that to get to my eyes or face

I’m extremely extremely nearsighted and historically have found it impossible to use eyeliner. I found this one and it’s become my go-to- easy enough for me to use and works great EXCEPT for one thing. This little @$$hat has leaked on me twice- the first time I didn’t notice until I ended up with raccoon eyes- and when the problem happened as I was on different trips with two different things of it, I realized that this fussy eyeliner has to be left upright otherwise it seems to leak. So kind of impractical for travel but otherwise awesome.

I haven’t used eyeliner in many, many years. I thought it would be hard to once again but this eyeliner tip was perfect. It did smear a little on my inner corner when I applied it because my eyes got watery because I wasn’t used to it anymore. I’ve used a couple of times now and it stays put throughout the day.
