This product has a disgusting fromula, it is very sticky, and it makes my brows look wet. It does not keep them up at all either, like an ordinary brow gel. I am sad to say that I hate this product, although I was really looking forward to using it. Again, it was very low quality and I do not recommend. DO NOT BUY!

Fragile packaging, useles brush, poor formula.
The product/brush always ends up overly saturated. I should not have to wipe off the brush in order to be able to use it. I also dropped this product off of my countertop and it fell on my floor and cracked the lid. I have never had another beauty product packaged in such a fragile way.

Best new brow product!!!
WOW!!! I just bought this product and absolutely love it!!! So easy to apply!! I am 77 and have hardly any brows of my own. I use my regular eyebrow pencil and then apply Infallible Brows on top and I’m done!!!! Looks Fabulous!!!!

Applicator brush is trash. Makeup is too liquidy. I bought the shade auburn but it came out as a dark brunette on application. Do not recommend. Threw it away after 5 attempts to figure out the best way to use it. Very disappointed

This product is not waterproof and flakes soon after it's applied. The only redeeming quality is the brush. "Unbelieva Brow" was a better product.

Clumpy and still too Dark
I wanted to like this, but it missed the mark. I got the light brunette color, but it was way too dark for me and made my eyebrows look very dark. The product also came out clumpy. Even if I wiped excess product off the applicator, I still somehow ended up with clumps sticking to my eyebrows or smearing which I then had to go back and try to clean up. It was also difficult to get an even application so both eyebrows matched. If it wasn’t for these issues, I did like how it gave me a natural looking eyebrow and held them in place.

Great brow look
I have microbladed thin brows and greyhair. I used dark blonde. Product nicely fills in my brows. I do use the brush from another product before to smooth my brows and after to evenly distribute. Lasts all day with great appearance.

I've never tried a drugstore brow product, and I actually really love this. The wand is unique and perfect to do quick fluffy brows. It has great hold. It didn't clump or apply globs of product anywhere. The color matches really well for me (got light brown, I'm a warm dark blonde with balayage). Would reccomend & buy again.

This is clumpy and flakes. The color is nice, auburn, but too much product comes out and it's messy. I have to blot it. Maybe my lashes are too thin but I can't use it on it's own. I need to lightly apply it over powder which I honestly could just do with a cheaper clear gel. I thrn have to go over it with a lash comb after it dries. It leaves your lashes hard and it flakes. I'm glad I tried it but I won't be repurchase as I hardly reach for it since it's a time consuming product to perfect. Plus it's too expensive imo for this much hassle.

It is terrible. Even with me removing excess product from the brush, it applies in globs and looks like a have hair dye throw on. The brush is hard plastic and I was hopeful to make wispy brows but instead it’s just messy. I would never get this again.

The applicator brush hurts my face
This is my first time trying this brand of brow mascara because another brand stopped making a similar product. I was happy that Loreal had the exact color that I needed. The actual brow gel is fine for me....my issue is the applicator brush (and the reason for two stars). The bristles are very rough and hurt when I was trying to apply the brow mascara to my face and the bristles don't go around the entire brush. I ended up taking the applicator brush from the other brand's bottle and using it as well as closing the bottle up with it (I threw the one that came with this Loreal product away). That's how similar this product is to the other one I've been using for years.
