I’m 68 and my hair is silver. A lot of my eyebrow hair is also silver. I remember when my hair transitioned my hairdresser told me to use a grey eyebrow pencil. Since there was no grey Faux Brow, I bought the dark blonde and although it goes on nicely, it’s too dark for me. L”Oreal, please keep us transitioned seniors in mind.

This pen is great for artfully creating impressive brows. I have somewhat sparse brows with a good shape and this product allows me to have fuller and more definitive looking brows. IT TAKES PRACTICE AND PATIENCE though for the results. After using it since it first came out, it is much quicker to apply. Be aware that all of the colors are darker than I expected and it took 3 pen purchases to realize that the Blonde color was the best for me even though I have medium brown hair. Also there is no way to identify the pen color once you remove it from the package which I hope L'Oreal remedies soon. These deficiencies were not enough for me to rate it a 4 but I would have given it a 4-1/2 because of them.

I like that this allows you to make very thin, hairlike lines. The reason I docked a star is because I got this in “light brunette” which looked very orange/red on my fair skin. I definitely need more of a true brown color. This color may have worked for someone with a lot of red tones in the hair. The red in the eyebrow pen may also have been less obvious if my skin weren’t so fair. Either way, I wouldn’t say it’s a true brown shade because the red tones were too prominent.

I love this brow pen. I would go as far as to say it is my favorite out of all the many many kinds I have purchased. initially I thought the 2 prongs wouldn’t be enough, but it is better in that it looks more natural since the 3-4 pronged ones just end up looking like one big marker. I hope they continue to make this product as I will continue to buy it, even compared to the expensive department store brands I have bought.

love that the color is more like a stain. once it dries, it doesn’t smudge. the fork like prongs are extremely weak. i cut off half the length of the 2 prongs and it is so much better. i wish these pens had 3 prongs and a stiffer applicator. after opening, you need to continuously use it otherwise the color will change. even with shaking, my dark blonde turned into dark brown after a couple months of non use.

This really works! I'm older and my brows are light and thin. This is fast and looks natural and lasts even after I sweat. My only wish is that it came in more colors, especially for older women. I would love to see a light taupe/gray.

This to me by far is the best make up product I have ever used. I finally have brows that stay on. It takes a little practice however if you lightly pencil a shape on then go over it with the pen you'll be fine..that's if you are like me with no brows. Will post a picture once I get a little more practice in. Maybe posting a tutorial for people with little or no brows would be helpful.

Love this pen, however, I giving it 4 stars based on how dark the blond is. I am a natural blond & I’ve tried both blond & dark blond & BOTH are too dark. Wish they’d lighten up the blond color a bit more.

It seems everyone else can make beautiful brows with it but I can’t. It just looks weird but I guess I can’t draw. Cap is a problem. Ink sometimes comes out too much or not enough. Also, I lost some hairs!!!!!! I seriously lost some I couldn’t figure out why there was a bald spot but this pen is the only thing I’ve used anywhere near my brows in a long time.

I love how this product really looks like hair like strokes. It also lasts all day, and sometimes even after washing my face. The problem is the liquid drips out and stains your clothes. I wish there was something that could thicken the product somewhat so that is didn’t drip.

My esthetician told me about this product, and since I am a blonde, I got the blonde version of it. And while it's easy to use and could potentially look nice, the color is almost terracotta. It's definitely not blonde.

I’m a mature woman of 65yrs & I have very sparse eyebrows, I love this product it is the first one I’ve used that makes it look like I have natural (not painted on eyebrows). The only thing that has been happening is the lid keeps popping off while not in use, why is this all the sudden happening? I have been using this for a few months, it did not do this when I first started using it.
