With my first baby I struggled to keep my supply up but I started drinking this tea once everyday or every other day and I was able to keep my supply managed im due for my 2nd 9/11 and will be using again I already have 3 on hand .

I received this from Lansinoh a few weeks ago and I love it. The taste is so good and light. I love drinking it at night before bed. If I drink 2-3 cups a day I notice an increase in my supply which we all love. Definitely try this tea!! Oh And you can reuse the teabags twice!

I honestly didn’t expect what I tasted, it was so yummy and it is delicious whether hot or cold. I didn’t see a difference in my output but I totally forgot to monitor because I just drank it all without checking. I have more I’ll steep for Iced tea this summer, so I’ll track output then however I am 1 year postpartum. Thank you Lansinoh for always making me happy.

I have been experiencing a dip in my supply and I try and drink this every night before bed, and it definitely helps. Now it won't give you a oversupply or anything. But it does help support your supply. The only way to make milk is to remove milk. Remember that! But it definitely helps maintain your supply and does give it a little boost. If your sensitive to fenugreek, then I would not recommend this!!
