It could be better...
I think it could be better. The tea bags have lots of tea dust, so you should be careful when open and use. The smell when I opened the box and brewed the tea not as I expected. Can't smell any lemon, mint or lemongrass, just a hint of ginger. The taste of tea is the same as others ginger tea. I prefer drinking when it still hot or warm. It helped relieve nausea and morning sickness. It's nice that you can make 2 servings (or more) for each tea bag, so you can save your money. For me, it maybe the same with other ginger tea brands that I've tried, nothing too special to consider if there is a cheaper option.

Helped with my 2nd pregnancy nausea
I had hg my first pregnancy and nothing helped my morning sickness what so ever I had a zofran pump and weekly ivs.This pregnancy I was lucky to not have hg again but I do still have morning sickness sometimes and I’m 29 weeks pregnant!If I drink this tea once or twice a week at 4-5am it helps me not feel any nausea and just makes me feel good all around!
