A: Hello Kelly, Our Soothies are reusable for the 72 hours. Simply place them in the storage tray included in the package in between uses. Each set of Soothie pads can be used for up to 72 hours. Use of Gel Pads therapy should not exceed three weeks.

After having my first baby in October, I used these pads for at least the first two weeks. They were the only things that made my nipples feel better and not like they were on fire. The Frida mom ones are NOT comparable - they are too sticky and gooey. These are amazing. I also used the lansinoh circular shaped ice packs - these on the nips, ice packs in the bra. Only thing that helps.

These are such a savior in those first few weeks when your body is just kind of adjusting to breast-feeding. Let’s be honest it can be very tender. These are such a great option especially because there is no need to stick them in the freezer or anything you can just have your purse or a diaper bag !

i was actually given these as a gift & didn’t think i needed them until i actually used them & omg.. they are fantastic!! i put them in the fridge for a few hours to keep them cool & i put them on when my nips are feeling sore & leave them on for a few hours & when i take them off they feel nice & refreshed!

I love these, they helped with nipple soreness! only downside is after the second use they do loose sticky-ness and tend to move around & will fall off if you leak milk.

I rarely call anything a "must have" but these are a life saver in the early stages breastfeeding. I was introduced to hydrogel pads by a lactation constant with my first, and I've tried many different brands but Lanisoh is my favorite. I really appreciate side that's lined so it doesn't stick to your bra, and that these are somewhat reusable (you can rinse the pads between uses until it's no longer sticky). I'm able to get around 2 days of use out of a set. I like to keep mine in the fridge to make them extra soothing when I put them out.

Sadly my baby has a milk allergy so couldn’t continue our breast feeding journey. But these pads aren’t good just for feeding but also helping dry milk up keeping them nice and cool and soothing the process of having to dry my milk supply!

I love that they are reusable! The instant coolness is great, too; however, it does wear off quickly once it warms to your body temp. It does prevent rubbing on clothing, and I 10/10 recommend.

Purchased these for some relief on my nipples from breastfeeding. I popped them in the fridge and attached them to my bra. Was cool for about 5 seconds and then was just a piece of gel in my bra? Not sure on the point of these. 8 dollars for something that is not reusable - a waste!

These are a waste of money. They are only reusable for 72 hours, but don’t hold up for long so another $8 for two days of “relief” from sore nipples. I’m also not sure what they mean when they say helps heal. The gel is made of glycerin which did not appear to act as a healing substance, I think they literally just mean that less bra rubbing/ friction will help them heal…. You could do this for free by taking off your bra. While I did not wash with soap and water before applying, the instructions don’t say to, just to have clean nipple so I’m not sure why they do not stick . I have to wear a bra with them to hold them on which defeats the purpose for me because I wanted to wear them to sleep which I don’t want to wear a bra for. You also cannot use any nursing balm or lanolin with them.

While these did provide relief to a raw, painful nipple, oh. My. God. Peeling them off of a raw, painful nipple left me in more pain than before I used them. Baby would not latch well after use either.

Waste of money, I bought these because the medela hydrogel pads were out of stock but these are pitiful and don't even begin to compare to the medela ones. Don't waste your time and money on these
