Q: Hello! They “change these to a different material awhile back and no one liked them. Does anyone know if by chance, they changed them back to the original material everyone loved?

Zero stars. I have been using them for years, and have loved them but they must have changed their formula to something very cheap garbage. They are ineffective, unusable. I don't know what I can use now. Why did they change the formula? I noticed they removed "Professional grade" off the cover of their formula. It used to say "professional grade, hypoallergenic made without latex". Now it is no longer sold as "professional. Do not buy. Target, please let me know when you bring the old version back

I've been buying these for years and they used to be the best ones out there. I keep buying them, hoping they will have figured out they need to change them back, but I'm always disappointed. They're terrible now, and you must use 3 times the makeup to get full coverage.

What happened to our old sponges?! These new ones are TERRIBLE on the skin. The old ones worked soooo well. Please bring back the old materials. I cannot use these awful rough slick ones.

Let me start off by saying that I've been using these for years. They changed the material. If you like applying makeup with a ribberband, you will like these. Please bring back the old material. These are garbage. They feel like rubber, rather than a sponge, and they don't apply make-up well at all. Steer clear!

Is there any old ones anywhere like I could buy?? In a discontine bin or something? These were so much better that the new ones. I bought the new one's thing yes they are back and returned them. They are sticky, plasticy and terrible to take your make up off with or put your make up on with . I want the old one's back with the material that they were made of . I will seriously buy any you have left over.

Those looking for the old version of the Up&Up cosmetic sponges that were made in Canada: look for the Swisspers brand of cosmetic rounds-I found them at Wal-Mart. The Swisspers are smaller, but they are made in Canada and are the same material as the old version of these, as of July 2024.

These were great replacement since Neutrogena stopped including them in their pressed powder foundations. The last bag I bought was terrible. They are thin, shiny and stuck together. I thought they melted or something so I bought another bag. Nope, they are awful and I hope Target brings back the old version. So sick of products changing and going downhill.

So disappointed with Target. Just like many other reviews state, these have completely changed. I’ve been buying these for years, but this last pack I ordered feels awful and incredibly cheap. Product does not stay on. So sad that Target made a great product cheap so they could profit even more off us.
