    Does not clean clothes

    Previously, we used a different formulation of these pods that were discontinued. Unfortunately, these do not clean our clothes. we have had to rewash multiple loads with a different detergent as they still smell dirty. would not buy again.

    Doesn’t actually wash your clothes. Clothes smell unwashed and feel unclean after using. It feels like it’s leaving residue even when we use hot water in our washer!

    Do not disolve properly

    Do not buy these. I have a brand new LG washing machine, I put one of these pods in the bottom of the machine, I put my clothes on top, and every single load I run I have the melted plastic pod on my clothes that didn’t fully dissolve… I’ve resorted to just popping the pods with a knife over the machine and squeezing the soap out and then throwing away the plastic that’s supposed to dissolve. I’m running normal loads with warm water. There’s no reason they shouldn’t be fully dissolving and not leaving random pieces or not- disolved plastic stuff on my clothes.
