Description
Enjoy Spreadable Butter, No Refrigeration Our ceramic butter crocks keep butter soft and fresh for up to 30 days. Simply pack the bowl with 1/2 cup of butter, fill the crock 1/4 full of cold water, and turn bowl upside down into water. Water forms tight seal to keep butter fresh. To serve, lift bowl out of crock and turn right side up again. Similar to centuries-old French butter storage system, it uses a water-seal method for fresh, spreadable butter up to 30 days. Keep it on your table or countertop so butter stays in reach, no refrigeration needed. Space-saving, compact design. Use again and again (an eco-friendly alternative to disposable containers!). Butter Crock
I like this product because it safely keeps your butter soft with out spoilage. 1/2 cup of butter never lasts very long in my house, but it is nice to be able to keep softened butter handy. When I need it, I no longer have to soften it in the microwave, which usually softens butter to the point of liquidity.
