Rock back and forth to swiftly dice vegetables, herbs and garlic. Simple rocking motion means the knife never stops slicing. Fits perfectly in the curved hardwood bowl for super efficient dicing. Always wanted this !
I have always wanted this, and finally bought it. So far all I have tried with it is onions. Hope to use it more and explore what it can and cannot handle in the near future. It is very sturdy, and well made. I have used the bottom of it to cut both ends off the onion and then flipped it over and used the curved cutting board to slice and chop the onion. The ulu knife is VERY sharp. I highly recommend this product to anyone, especially those on the fence. Great product !!

Best chopper
I totally adore this chopper. I use it for chopping nuts in the morning, salad ingredients for lunch. And onions, and other veggies for dinner. The recessed middle keeps the ingredients from rolling off. The bad is sharp and feels great to hold.
