Our Ulu knife and bowl set is the fastest way to chop and dice. The Ulu knifes crescent-shaped blade is much more practical than long knives for chopping and mincing. Rock back and forth to swiftly dice vegetables, herbs and garlic. Simple rocking motion means the knife never stops slicing. Fits perfectly in the curved hardwood bowl for super efficient dicing. Turn bowl over for a flat cutting surface. Used by the native people of Alaska for centuries. Knife has razor-sharp stainless steel blade (6 inches L). Best chopper
I totally adore this chopper. I use it for chopping nuts in the morning, salad ingredients for lunch. And onions, and other veggies for dinner. The recessed middle keeps the ingredients from rolling off. The bad is sharp and feels great to hold.

Compact, efficient, easy, and eviro-friendly
Got this for my fiancé for Christmas because he does all the chopping when we cook. We both love it. It is easy to use, very sharp, much easier to clean up than our Pampered Chef or other plastic-based chopper contraptions, and it is a great size for our kitchen. We live in an RV, and the back-side cutting board is great for all purposes.
