This is very helpful

the only thing I can say that's negative is the noise level when it runs on high. but I only used that setting when installing in the bedroom because it was 90 degrees outside and the bedroom was hot and humid. It's day 2 of having it and I'm running it on low fan setting 1 at 74 degrees. room is cool and comfortable. thank you LG for putting in more than 2 fan settings and more importantly thank you for the dehumidifier setting. I love having a remote and especially love the large bright display on the unit digital displaying the temperature. I would suggest to your technical writers to add some steps that were omitted especially considering that women buy AC units and there's not always a hubby boyfriend friend nextdoor neighbor or brother to install. the diagrams could be larger when showing how to put in the brackets. so far I love the unit. decibel wise pls make it quieter as I would have paid hundreds more fir a quieter unit. good product in my opinion. 4 stars.

It doesn't get cold enough.

It would’ve been nice to have received the warranty details up front , I never received any of the warranties or what was included at all until now .

We have had this unit as our emergency back up since 2017 after our 20+ yr old homes central air system went out. We used it for several months then, while we saved to cash flow a complete install of central air system. Since then we store it in the garage and have used it at least once a year for a few days and weeks at most due to made weather, power outages or other circumstances. We power it with a 9000W HB Predator Generator. It cools our main bedroom with ease.

This air conditioner is horrible doesn’t get cold never did .. less than a year old and hate it .. will not ever buy again

Needed a small air conditioner that could cool a larger room and this fit the bill! It ran all summer with no issues. It cooled perfectly and quietly. It was very easy to install and to use. I think we will always buy LG products!!

Wasn't easy to install. Had to pay a contract person to install for me.

I have a mid-sized plug-in generator connected to a switching panel and the main electrical panel in the garage. It is very easy to attach the included spacer side pieces to ensure a tight seal to the sides of the windows. They can quickly and easily be moved to other windows as necessary. I have tested both and found they are exceptionally quiet and began cooling very quickly. Exactly what I wanted at a fair price and now have peace of mind we will remain comfortable during power outages. Thanks, LG!
