The picture quality is absolutely stunning — deep blacks, vibrant colors, and super sharp details. I have had the LG B1 and LG C1 which I thought that their pictures were good, but this LG G5 is on a different level. No matter what type of picture you are watching (HD, SD HDR or Dolby Vision) the picture is superb. I particuarly like the AI personalised picture wizzard which adjusts the picture setting by giving you a series of picture examples to choose from. Highly recommended TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 65-inch LG 4K TV is everything I wanted for a home setup. The picture is super sharp, and the colors look rich and realistic. Watching movies or streaming shows feels way more immersive now. The screen size fills the room in the best way, and even regular HD content looks upgraded on it. The size feels just right. Not too big and not too small. From about 8 to 10 feet away, it gives that home theater vibe without making the space feel crowded. Once it’s mounted, it looks clean and really pulls the room together. The smart TV features work smoothly. Apps open fast, the remote is simple to use, and the interface is easy to figure out. I didn’t need to connect any extra devices, which made things really convenient. The wall mount that comes with it is solid and holds the TV securely. It took a little effort to get everything aligned just right, but once it was up, it looked really clean on the wall and saved a lot of space. The built-in sound is actually better than I expected. It’s clear and loud enough for daily use. If you’re really into deep bass or cinematic sound, a soundbar might help, but for casual watching, it works just fine. If you're looking for a big-screen TV that’s easy to set up and delivers great quality, this one’s a solid choice. It looks good, works great, and fits perfectly into any modern space.

After months of waiting for my G5, I finally received it, and it is the best TV picture I have seen from any TV that I have looked at. I have no complaints about the picture quality. I did purchase the soundbar SC9. For the first month, the sound worked fine. I was happy with it. Then one day after an update that took place at night while the TV was off, I found that when I turn on the TV, the sound is now automatically at 100%, and I have to scramble to get it turned down. After watching TV and then shutting it off when I come back later to watch TV again, 75% of the time, the sound is once again at 100%, except one time it was at 0%. I have done nothing different to create this problem. I feel after that update, the soundbar and TV audio isn't acting as it did when I first unboxed the TV. I have looked at all the TV and soundbar settings and have tried making some changes, but all that I have tried has done nothing to solve the problem. This is the reason for the four stars. The audio is acting up, and I have not been able to correct it. Hopefully, LG will look into what would otherwise be a fantastic TV. I am thinking of buying the C5 in a 55”, but wondering if I want to wait until the audio is fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good sound Picture quality is good although there's black saturation lines on some viewing Struggles with Dolby Vision and will loose signal on the channel with Sky Q or Xbox so had to revert to HDR+ as there is no fix/update yet. Disappointed that the remote is exactly the same, again. AI picture generator is good but credit based?! Over all worth the money with the cash back, films in 4k are smooth and sharp and gameplay is very good.
