The BEST headphones I’ve owned.
These headphones sound amazing. I did some tuning on the app for the specific game I’m playing. As some sounds can be super loud and overbearing. I think they are the comfiest out of all the headphone I have worn. I’ve had Hyper X, Corsair and Steels serried artic 7 before this one. I have a round head with big ear that stick out. 10/10 would buy these again. I’ve had good luck with Logitech and will continue to buy them.

Improved over Pro X 1
I have both the Pro X and Pro X 2. I have spent considerable time doing head to head comparison with equalizer modification etc. The Pro X 2 I do think are slightly higher quality and better range. Note also that the earphones rotate vs the Pro X 1.

Good but lacking linux support.
I've always been a bit logitech fanboy and if you know where to look and actually look into the products a lot of their gaming peripherals are very high quality and will last you years if you take care of it and dont just toss them around. As a linux user though It's very disappointing logitech has yet to get GHub working on linux making it a pain to configure some of their stuff. Some peripherals have pretty good on board support so you can configure it once on a windows machine and not need to touch it again. Setting them up in the first place can a pain because you have to use a windows machine to use GHub in the first place. These headphones have the ability to save the EQ onboard but the BLUE VOICE thing requires that GHub be open for it to work meaning that you dont get its functionality on linux without using other means of mic effects. While i would gladly give these 5 stars because they are comfortable, sound great (Although they took some time to get used to from my old headphones), and durable, Logitech refusing to get GHub working on linux to this day is my only issue.

Meh, not worth the upgrade
Pretty much the same as old gen. Might sound slightly better if you run custom EQ, but the Logitech software EQ actually makes the older Gen sound better than these since the EQ for the prox2 through logitech software is not as featureful for whatever reason. Disappointed overall for the price

Worse than its predecessor
Somehow they managed to make the headset worse in every way compared to its predecessor. Pretty uncomfortable, head starts hurting after about an hour of wearing it. The blue voice settings make the mic sound significantly worse, you’d be better off turning all of the voice settings off

Great but...
I already own the original PRO X wireless headset when I received this. I prefer the build and additional connection options. It sounds at least as good as the PRO X. However, it produces half the volume. For example, if my PRO X is 20 in windows, my PRO X needs to be set at 40 to match. I would have expected them to be equal. Not sure if this is normal or limited to my unit. Either way, it's not a huge issue for me personally, but I think it's worth mentioning.

Pro X2 mostly works as intended with too short timeout time.
Great audio, however a fairly large issue that apparently plagues the X2 is a software issue that causes the headset to time out after an extremely short time (roughly 5-10 seconds). No issues at all as long as it's receiving an audio signal.
