Changed for the worse: flat and thin
I bought several of these in 2023 and they are still in great shape. Bought 2 more for my son to take to college and they're not even close to the same. They're half air and squash down to nothing the moment you press on them. The old ones were overstuffed and on the firm side of medium. Will be returning.

flat, no substance
purchased these for decorative king shams and they are so flimsy that it just deflates when placed upright on the bed. We were going to use these for decoration. I cannot ever imagine using these to acutally sleep on. They completely deflate as if you did not have a pillow. The do not fill a regular king sham.

No neck pain
I love how this pillow is adjustable. Much more forgiving than gel pillows and I can fluff it how I want it. Solved my neck pain issues. It does go flat after about two months but I just pop it in our dryer on the steam sanitary setting with some wool balls and it comes out thick and fluffy like new.

Checked the tag on my older pillow to confirm I was buying the exact same one. The new one is awful!! There is hardly any stuffing in it and feels like I am laying straight on the mattress, it’s not firm AT ALL! I will be returning it.

Worst Pillow Ever
I bought these on December 30th, 2025. I went into my app to search for when I bought them to write this review. I rarely write reviews but we have had these for less than 5 months and they are completely unsupportive at this point. They could quite literally be the worst pillows I’ve ever experienced. I also bought Target brand cooling pillows that same day that are excellent (and $10 cheaper per pillow might I add). My husband was waking up with neck pain and I was waking up with headaches stemming from my neck for like a week before it clicked that it was this saggy flat pathetic pillows. Don’t waste your money!!!

This is the worst pillow I’ve ever purchased. It went flat after the 1st night and is now a sad pancake-like pillow not much thicker than the pillowcase it is in. I’ve had better luck with generic store brand pillows.
