I ordered 2 of these & one arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged extremely well. This one looks like someone just threw it in a box. Zero secure packing material. Awful quality control. I now only have 1 after waiting months for these to be back in stock and I needed a pair for my bookshelves. Extremely disappointed. The 2 stars is completely based off of shipping & packaging. The item is gorgeous.

Ordered online for pick up at drive up. It was handed to me with the socket base broken and shade sitting at angle instead of up right. alerted the associate who said I had to go inside to exchange. Returned it but there was no more on the shelf. Had to order again with pick up. Hope this time It arrives not broken.
Horrible experience at local Target, marble broken and got the run around for 3 days now. That's the Target employee holding it in their hand with broken marble

Absolutely horrible experience BROKEN MARBLE. That's the Target employee holding it in their hands. For 3 days now I have been running around trying to purchase several of these and the Target circle 360 shipt membership is $99 annually and can't find a driver willing to deliver it so had to run into the store to pick it up and was offered 5% discount for the broken marble completely frustrated with Target

Absolutely LOVE! Hearth and Hand knocked it out of the park with this one. This lamp is such a steal for the price. It’s heavy, solid marble and so well made. It is a neutral, classy addition to my home and would pair well with any decor style. It also fits a regular bulb, which is so convenient! At a fraction of the price of other similar lamps, I highly recommend this one if you can find it!

I think this lamp is adorable and doesn’t look like it’s from Target. The quality is nice aside from the fact that the mounted portion of the lamp is not level and sits at a slant. Since these lamps are hard to find it was a flaw I was willing to live with. I did have to mess with the lamp shade to make it at least level to distract from the fact the mount is slanted.

This is a beautiful book shelf lamp. This was something completely new to me but I absolutely love the way it looks. We have massive book shelves in our dining room and this fits in so well. I love the way the arm and shade seem to come out of the middle of the self.
