Terribly flaky.. applied on lashes like normal in the morning, by the time I was finished with my hair I had to clean up the flakiness around my eyes. Did this multiple times throughout the day until all the mascara basically flaked off. Very disappointed, I remembered liking this mascara when I was in high school but it’s evidently changed.

I was looking for a waterproof mascara after the MAC In Extreme Dimension Waterproof became out of stock and figured why not try it since it’s a fraction of the MAC mascara. I’ve tried it for the past week or so and every time there would be smudging under my eye. Also I don’t like that it’s suuuuuper waterproof so I a point where you can probably only remove it with an oil based make up remover…which is not ideal with my eyelash extensions. Returning.

I've been wearing this mascara for about 2 weeks now! I LOVE it. It separates and lengthens my lashes with ease. It doesn't go on clumpy. It removes easily. The only change I would suggest is making the bristles on the end of the brush a little more compact and shorter in order to more easily apply mascara to the lower lashes.

I've used this for 4 or more years and I'll only use this. Makes my lashes look long and coats them well. The applicator brush is my favorite brush. I've cleaned and saved old ones to use perfecting the spread out and very little clumping. There is not one thing I dislike about this mascara.

This mascara arrived in a package that was taped and staples together. The mascara in the package was NOT the lash stiletto; it was some other mascara that was clearly used, crusty and had a bent wand. It was so gross!

I learned a valuable lesson today - NEVER throw away the old tube of mascara before you check to make sure the new one is good! I opened a new tube of this mascara and it was defective. The gasket that pulls off the excess product from the wand is completely missing, so the wand is just one huge glob of mascara. There is no way to apply it to lashes. That's a disaster when you're putting on makeup to go somewhere and and now have no mascara! Looking through other reviews, I was surprised to see several that mention the exact same issue, so apparently it's more than just a one-in-a-million glitch during the manufacturing process. Extremely disappointing. I would have rated it zero stars if that were possible.

I have used Defin-a-lash for years and now they don't sell it! Tried this one and it's flakey, the applicator is horrible and you have to go over so many times to even see it. Unhappy. Why do they discontinue good products!?
