Guests are saying

This product is a mixed bag for guests, offering both entertainment and educational value but falling short in terms of ease of assembly and durability. While some guests appreciate the engaging marble run and the educational aspect, many find the instructions confusing and the structure unstable. It seems best suited for older children or those with adult supervision.

    Terribly frustrating

Assembly is an absolute nightmare. The marbles don’t even stay in the run when assembled as pictured. The fact that this is marketed as a toy for ages 4+ is a joke. My 4 year old watched as I assembled it (while saying a few choice words). If he didn’t absolutely love the idea of this toy I would have returned it the second I found out I had to build the “elevator” chain link by link. Stick to the simpler marble runs or wait until your kid can build it them selves.

    DO NOT BUY

I would give zero if I could. The concept is great but not only is it ridiculous to put together it falls apart the second you touch it. It is unstable and not realistic for 4yr old. DO NOT BUY

Magnet tiles marble run is better IMHO

Picture shows more than what is included, there are no green connecting pieces. 15 pieces are the marbles. So really just 55 connections. 4+ age rating but the marbles are about the size of dime, so easily lost.

    would not recommend !

The other reviews were absolutely correct. It was extremely challenging to put together. We spent over an hour assembling it just for the kids to play with it once and accidentally knock it over after only 30 sec of play. We spent another hour reassembling it just for it to not stay together again. The elevator is not useful because you have to manually put the marbles in again. This toy is not practical and I do not recommend it for children.

    Bad wiring or motor!

The assembly was easy enough for me as an adult. The box says 4+ no 4 year old is going to be building this thing. I don't know what the other adults in the reviews are talking about with their difficulty. The company needs better quality assurance for that motor and wiring though, mine wouldn't turn on at all with fresh batteries.

Do not buy this! I wish I read the reviews before purchasing for my 10-year-old. It is extremely difficult to put together and our elevator didn’t work even when new batteries were installed. Incredibly frustrating!

The negative reviews are right. This thing is too hard for an adult to build, is impossible to get balanced as the elevator pulls the tower over.

Extremely difficult to assemble. Keeps falling over. My 9 year old couldn’t assemble it for his little brother so I tried. An hour later and multiple issues with it falling over, we quit. It’s going back to the store tomorrow.

    Loud, annoying complicated

The elevator makes a bird chipping noise that will drive you nuts extremely difficult to build not a fun interaction with your child because it’s so hard to build and when you build it, it breaks extremely easily. What a waste of money.

    Kids love them

All three kids love these. They all play with them and will paly with them for hours. They are not the most durable. Some of them break easily, especially where the plastic gets thin. But these are well worth it and it is hard not to get involved myself as an adult.

Fun but a pain to assemble

This thing will take all your patience to put together. The elevator comes in a bag of a million tiny pieces you have to click together. The lifts only fit in certain parts of the elevator chain. When you try and add it to the slide, sometimes the chain is too tight and won't spin or too loose and won't work properly. But once you get it figured out, it really is a fun toy. My 4 year old plays with it for quite awhile. Mom and Dad think it's pretty fun too!

    Elevator is difficult

This is a great toy and added to my son’s other marble tracks well. However, the elevator is either too tight and it snaps apart or it’s too loose and won’t turn properly. It’s tough to get it just right. But he still enjoys it when it does work

Great Fun for Kids - Harder for Adults

This is a very fun toy. I got it for my 2 1/2 year old grandson. He loves marble videos. It took some time to put together. The instructions aren't the clearest. You need to look at each photo and build to fit it. However, once it was together, it worked great. He loves having an elevator for the marbles. There's a switch, gravity well, and a jump. He played with it all day and didn't want to put it down. He declared today 'marble day'. By the way, this set it a much better deal. There is a set for $34.99 which has half the number of pieces, so the extra $5 is well worth it.

Wish I could sue for my 4 hours back.

Excellent gift for your worst enemies kids. They’ll spend hours with an impatient 5 year old frequently “asking is it ready” abs “can I play with it now?” MOST IMPORTANTLY: The idea is early exposing of STEAM to children and it was a fail because of the complicated process and design my 5yr old couldn’t participate. Poor instructions and the colors don’t match the instructions so don’t go by the colors. Expensive for the lack of design and the chain wasn’t even put together. 2 stars because my 5 year old liked the marble run part for an hour before accidentally knocking it over and it falling apart. :/
