She's cute and all, smells amazing, and it's an okay price, but lacked giving me any definition, or creating a cast, additionally didn't control any frizz. Maybe i'm the problem, and I'll give it another chance, later on, but she's not good.

My favorite hair product! Never gets crunchy and rehydrated well with water.

I got a perm a couple weeks ago, and this was my first time using a Miss Jessie’s product. I really like that this gel doesn’t leave your hair super hard, but still holds the curls in place.

I’ve used Jelly Soft Curls for years. I have a lot of curly hair put the individual strands are fine, so a lot of products can weigh my hair down or make it look greasy, this is not the case with Jelly Soft Curls. It also has a soft scent that isn’t too over powering for my liking.

This product will make your hair DRY if you don’t use it with another moisturizing product. I think it’s because it’s a protein heavy product. But it does define and make your curls look juicy. I’d recommend using a very moisturizing leave in/cream first, then a moisturizing gel, and then this on top but not too much of it. And yes it does have a laundry detergent type smell but I don’t really mind that.

I love the smell of this product. It’s light and doesn’t smell too strong. The product itself is not good. Unfortunately it made my hair really dry and frizzy. I had to return. I prefer the pillow soft curls instead of this one.

I loved this product. Loved how it made my waves look and loved that it didnt make my hair crunchy. I used it for a good while but then my scalp started to dry out and my head became itchy. Even after trying to avoid my scalp with the product. Looking further into it, I'm not allergic, it's due to gel buildup. I went to another product and my scalp started to feel better. I wasn't itchy anymore. I went back to miss Jessie's just because I had a bottle still left and just to give it another chance to know for sure but again, my head started to itch and my scalp became dried out. It makes me really sad because I really did like this product. I don't normally write reviews but I felt like I should warn.

The only good thing is it smells so good but omg this destroyed my hair. it tangled my hair so badly just from where my hair sits on my shoulders and back those areas would get tangled I’m so sad I wanted this to bey staple product

Didn’t like it. Felt like a wax coating. No real curl hold. Need to rewash, bummer.

It smells good light baby powder smell, buuuut it makes my hair hard and flaky and my scalp super, super itchy to the point my scalp started bleeding. I really wanted this to work for me but it simply didn’t.

I have fine curly hair and it is difficult to find a product that doesn’t weigh down my curls or leave them super crunchy. This worked well for me. I applied a nickel sized amount and scrunched my curls and air dried them. The curls were defined and had some lift. My only complaint is that the finish is still a bit hard so not all the way soft but definitely softer than most gels. Based on mixed reviews, it looks like this is better suited for fine curls or waves rather than coils which usually do better with cream based products. Just keep that in mind.

Sadly didn’t work for my kids. My sons hair is super curly. An 1 hr later his hair is super frizzy

This product left my hair frizzy and my curls lifeless. I used it both air dried and defused—disappointing all around.

Have blonde hair (chemically)? DO NOT under any circumstances buy this disgusting product. First off it is nowhere near soft, definitely misleading and so, so drying. I swear my hair disintegrated in the shower 😭 it’s like pouring Nair hair removal onto your hair. So disappointed in this poor product. I wish I were joking. Anyhow, you have been warned curly blondes, be careful with this.
