Q: Can this be put in the bottle with the formula or breast milk? I know it says to just put it in their mouth but was wondering if it can also go into the bottle?

A: We have done both but my son takes it easier in the bottle. I haven't noticed any difference in it's effectiveness either way.

I cannot say enough good things about this product. Every single time our 1 month old won’t stop fussing/crying & we have tried everything else—-a few drops always calms him RIGHT down. If he’s fussing & fighting his sleep, give him a few drops & he goes straight to sleep. These drops are pure magic. Will be gifting to all my friends with new babies.

Beware of choking!!
Gave this to my 4 week old who instantly started choking and not breathing. Come to find out this is not uncommon with this product/grip water in general due to its consistency. Traumatized!

Can cause constipation
I didn't like it at all. It didn't work for my son and it actually caused constipation for him! I looked it up and the one ingredient it has in it can cause it. Sodium bicarbonate is the ingredient that can cause it to happen, unfortunately it happened to my son and it was horrible! We are still trying to get him regular again after using this product.

My girl used this for the first few months of her life and it was helpful especially for those smaller tummy aches. Definitely great to have on hand!

Calms fussy tummies

The gentle formula calms babies tummies and helps them feel better quickly when they’re facing gastro issues. My pediatrician recommended this brand and I won’t try anything else. Help ease babies fussiness with a simple step
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To all the parents out there, grip water is something that you definitely need in your medicine cabinet for kids. It really does help babies/toddlers with colic, gas, fussiness etc. We all have the point where the babies crying and you’ve tried EVERYTHING and you still don’t know what’s wrong. Gripe water is for those moments. I’ve had that happen countless times and sometimes my son is restless and won’t sleep so I give home a little gripe water and he calms down. My mom suggested this to me to try and I’ve never looked back. She apparently used this for me when I was baby! Definitely recommend this to try, this works day and night but I know they have a nighttime version as well that works just as well. The flavor is like a sweet water and to me the ingredients are simple. I also love that it can be given to babies as young as 2 weeks and my son is over 15 months old and we still use it. Try it out if you never have.

We've heard good things, but didn't work for us

We just don't think it was right for our child. But our doula recommended this product and it's worked for friends of ours too. Packaging was secure and easy to understand. I noticed that the box says to discard after 30 days from opening, so that seemed like a fast turnaround and could become expensive if it does work for your baby.
