Like another review below, the black liner gives an uneven distribution of pigment. Sometimes it works like a dream, highly pigmented, and other times i feel like I’m swiping on nothing. My biggest grip is that I can barely line my waterline without the color looking completely incredibly faded. Overall it gives a very soft messy look.
