Coffee and I have had a complicated relationship. I used to own an espresso cafe in Seattle. But as I got older, I found coffee to affect me in negative ways. Not the least of which is wicked withdrawal symptoms. That's a good sign to stop. MUD\WTR is such a great substitute because I can make it into a latte and enjoy a cozy, delicious morning beverage without the negative side effects. It's so much more interesting than coffee. The sweetener is perfect, too. Just the right kind of sweetness. I start looking forward to my MUD the night before. No lie.
Great with pasture raised cow milk and Manuka honey.

I used a full tea spoon every day mix with hot water and honey the add milk to it. I started to get slight muscle twitching. I cut back to every other day with 2 tablespoons and it’s better.

Starter kit exceeded my expectations! Flavor and health benefits are what I enjoy every day.What has been challenging: the on/off button is hard to find since it’s the same color as the foamer. AND the lid to the canister is way too large....very hard to remove and then put back on.Thanks for reading!

When I need to grind out the end of my day, tacking on 4 to 6 more hours onto the 7a to 2p classroom teaching schedule MudWater Matcha is how to keep focus without getting worn down. Gentle on my stomach, but strong boost of brain powering energy. When I finally do get home I sleep so well, and wake up beyter refreshed. Wish more coffee shops had it for a late coffee meeting with friends or colleagues.

Matcha in the morning starts my day off well. I mix mine with a little sweet cream. I find that I sleep better when I drink the matcha instead of coffee. My one wish is that Turkey Tail mushrooms were included as it has been shown to have many benefits.

I absolutely love this! I have mine cold with coconut milk and splash of maple syrup served over ice. I don't really have much taste experience with other matcha but the color, smell and taste of this super tasty, just takes a little tweeking to figure what's your perfect cup. Highly recommend
