Oh my! I have never tried any MUD\WTR products before and I just received my starter kit today. I made my first cup and I am amazed at how good it is!!! I bought the Coconut Creamer and Coconut Sweetener as well and I'm so happy I did! As a two pots a day coffee drinker for 50 years I sadly, or so I thought, had to give up drinking it. I was resigned to the fact that it was a part of my life that was gone. This Matcha is so much better then coffee and I never would have discovered it had I not given up drinking regular coffee. I am sold! Thank you MUD\WTR for the love and passion you have put into creating a tasty coffee alternative.

When I first heard of Mud/Wtr through an ad on a podcast, it sounded like it would give me enough focus and energy to get through the day. I was drinking a mid-afternoon energy drink and feeling jittery at times. I tried the original starter kit and found I could get through the workday without experience an afternoon energy crash. My first sip of Mud/Wtr reminded me of spiced chai. I add a small amount of plant based creamer and it’s so delicious. I recommend Mud/Wtr to anyone looking for an alternative to coffee or energy drinks.

I can feel the health benefits. I'm not a coffee drinker, MUD water is a great hot/warm beverage. I actually drink my MUD water at night. The name is perfect; it can get slightly muddy at the bottom but I don't waste that MUD. I make sure every last puddle is gone :)

I like the product a lot. I don't love the ordering system. I feel like the subscriptions are a little too frequent and I end up reaching out to the company to get it adjusted/corrected - which they have been great about. But it should all be easier from the website. Flavor is good (no, it doesn't taste like coffee, nor mushrooms). Maybe it's helping my brain fog.

I love the ingredients. However I was disappointed in the taste. I love, hot cocoa, and I love masala chai, and had hoped it would taste like a blend of the two. I think the Stevia may be causing a bad aftertaste. I had my own organic chai teabag to it and add monk fruit trying to make it palatable. As I said, I am happy with the ingredients because I'm a big health mushroom fan. But I can't really offer anything past that. I'm sorry it didn't work out for either of us.

I am writing this review for migraine sufferers looking for coffee alternatives… I can’t drink this. I suffer from vestibular migraines and my diet requires I eliminate caffeine so I was hoping this would be a good alternative. This just doesn’t work for me though and gives me a migraine flair up almost immediately (worse than coffee). That being said, the taste is weird at first but by the end of the first cup it’s actually quite good and you can feel the clean energy and focus unlike coffee or an energy drink. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else looking for a coffee alternative. I really wish I could continue to drink this but I ultimately had to end up giving it away. I did keep the sweetener though!

Bought the original package then subscribed to get the bag every three months that’s where I’m at right now enjoying the product. I used to forage for my own turkey tail, but I’ve had health issues that’s kept me from doing that and this product has become a staple for me and I appreciate all the hard work.

I am only reviewing with regards to the taste, ease of use and the texture. I kind of like the off-beat taste with a peppery spicy flavor, but it definitely needs some sweetness and I am not a drinker of sweet beverages. Also there is a lot of residual at the bottom of the cup after drinking, assuming that is why it has "mud" in its name. Finally, it is difficult to make. I want something more straightforward that doesn't take so long to prepare. Add water or milk, mix and done!
