If you’re gonna spend this much money on a baby monitor buy a different one. Nanit “gave” us a “free trial” (quotations meaning in the beginning they never said ANYTHING about this changing later) and then decided like a year and a half in that if we want to keep using a lot of the basic features I’ve been using that I need to pay them $300 LOL no. Especially with how poor the connection is. Constantly losing connection. Constantly waiting and waiting and waiting for my video screen to load. Oh! And I used to get false notifications that my infant was TAKEN OUT OF BED in the middle of the night.

Knowing my baby is breathing using the easy breathing band is everything! Gives me peace of mind while I sleep. I love to see how long they slept and when they woke. It helps me with awake times. Love the new split screen as I know have two babies to watch! We are purchasing out 3rd camera for travel. They are a must have for any mother in my option.

I’ve tried every possible troubleshoot and outside of walking into my baby’s room (potentially waking him up defeating the purpose of a monitor!), there isn’t a fix.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s amazing! I tried 4 different Wi-Fi baby monitors and ended up sending them all back! This camera is quiet and give amazing quality picture! I love that I can have it open on my phone and still do other things. The only reason it gets 4 stars is that I could not connect it to the hotel Wi-Fi because it was an open network. I understand it’s not the safest but I need the option to do so while traveling or I have to buy a whole new monitor just for travel.

I do feel that sometimes the temp reading is off, we have a nest sensor in the room too and they are usually several degrees different. I also think the night vision could be a little more crisp, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars but overall we love the monitor and all of the features (background audio, humidity sensor, motion and noise notifications, and the app overall). I haven’t used the split screen yet but I am very excited to once we have our new baby!

While they’re minor in comparison - camera works but events, temperature, or humidity can disappear at any moment - we paid extra for the “fancier” device so it ought to perform. It can be frustrating trying to resolve but their support team is responsive.
