This company used to be good which is why the reviews are positive but stay away. They are trying to extract maximum money from their users by charging $120 a year for “premium” features. If you dont pay you will get popups with no video history and random glitchy problems. Ive had both premium paid and unpaid and noticed network problems as soon as i went to free. Once i paid to upgrade they went away… They also paywall certain features based on what kind of stand you have. Yep, the stand impacts the software.

Nice camera. Everything else sucks. Speaker/microphone always loses connection. Camera loses connection regularly. Temperature is off by at least 2 C (we have other temp monitors in the room and they never record the same temp as the Nanit camera). Virtually unusable in a hotel given a hotel’s password requirements. The Memories function is nice but useless. The time to sleep and wake up time are routinely wrong. In sum, it s a very expensive camera and not much else.

Do not recommend. Frequently cuts out, requiring me to go in unplug it and plug it back in, waking up my children countless times. I seriously regret buying 2 of these. If you want your children to sleep and know it won’t cut out in the middle of the night I wouldn’t recommend. Also the very expensive sleep subscription is NOT worth it. Hasn’t recognized in over a month when my daughter wakes up overnight.

The premium baby monitor. You can monitor your child on any device not just a single monitor. Game changer here. iPad, iPhone, and computer! My wife and I can monitor our little one from anywhere on our devices. We can also add accounts for loved ones with permissions of our choosing. We absolutely love nannit! Feature Request: the ability to make custom clips or download video history of our preference. Option to override silent mode so alerts can be much loader, I am a heavy sleeper and would like something as loud as an amber alert.

I love this monitor. You can see your sweet child in real time and the notifications are correct every time!! It detects normal noise from crying and it is always correct. I cannot and would not have another monitor besides the Nanit Pro!!!

Good video quality, I like the memories plan to save videos. The floor stand is sturdy. There is a slight delay due to internet speed even though we have good internet, so that is annoying. Also if you buy two cameras (for multiple kids), you have to pay for two subscriptions. Two subscriptions on top of the cost of the cameras and stands seems like a rip off.

We love the Nanit monitor for our 4 month old. We ended up going with the flex stand which I have mixed feelings about. It is great to travel with, but not really able to be used once baby is out of the bassinet and into a crib. We are looking into purchasing the wall mount. The camera quality is amazing. The sound and motion detection are the best I have seen. Very reliable and have had zero issues with it so far.

Me encanta la aplicacion y la facilidad para utilizarla. Puedo tener registro de cuando mi bebe se desperto, cuantas oz toma, las veces que se le cambia el panal y mucho mas. Agregar a otra persona a la aplicacion es muy facil y me da la facilidad de hacerlo desde varios dispositivos. Tambien tenemos el Sound Machine y la comodidad de subir y bajar la luz/sonido desde varios lugares de la casa es muy buena. Creo que es una de las mejores compras que hicimos para nuestro bebe

Do not buy this monitor unless you want one that requires a subscription for basic functions and that may die and require a new camera after 1. 5 years. They bait you with maybe 6 months to 1 yeat free then all functions are gone unless you pay for it. And its expensive. It's not worth what you pay for.
