Natrol melatonin doesn't really work for me, but neither do OTC or prescription sleep aids. I end up taking several throughoit the night to fall asleep or stay asleep. I can't do this with OTC or prescription medicine.

Terrible flavor
Taste is like aspirin and pepto. Not pleasant. Don’t dissolve fast enough, so I have to slightly chew them to get rid of that taste and then have another flavor to get rid of it after. I think they work for sleep, but not exceptionally better than any others I’ve tried.

I can’t get past the horrible taste. I should have read the ingredients and I would have known that dextrose was the first thing listed under other ingredients. It also has sucralose. It left me feeling nauseous. If you are not bothered by artificial sweeteners, you might love these.

10 MG tastes bad
I bought the 10 mg dissolving tablets and they taste horrible and numb my tongue a little. It took a very long time to dissolve. I took the 5 mg and ran out of tablets and decided to try the 10 mg…not the right thing for me to do. I’ll try the 5 mg tablets again to see if that dose is edible.

The taste is AWFUL. I had to spit out the tablet, it was so bad. I’ve had melatonin from this company before and the taste was fine. Now it’s so artificially sweet and almost metallic.

A Placebo
These honestly feel like a placebo as they did not work at all. It still took awhile to fall asleep and I would wake up early, feeling exhausted, and not able to fall back asleep. I switched to Olly last night and had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. It has way less melatonin but worked 10x’s better. I gave 2 stars for the small dissolvable tab, pleasant taste, and less sugar. I like that it’s not a gummy but it simply doesn’t work.

Changed ingredients taste terrible
I have used this for years every night to help my family get to sleep. It always worked and I really liked the strawberry flavor. I just bought a new bottle and it tastes like a very strong flavor of artificial sweetener, not strawberry. I bought a different milligram and it tastes horrible too. I’m going to look for a different brand that tastes better. I don’t know why it had to change, but I’m not wasting my money on this anymore. I’m very disappointed.

Great if you want strawberry mint
Product works ok, but bought because it said strawberry flavor but then it has tongue numbing minty menthol in it that you don’t know unless you read all of the inactive ingredients. Not a very happy surprise because the combination of flavors is nasty.

Severe Nightmares
I have been getting severe nightmares with this medication! I thought it was just me but my niece tried it and said she got terrible nightmares also. Does anyone else get nightmares?
