Melatonin isn’t FDA regulated, so finding a brand that has consistent dosages in each gummy is pretty difficult. I tried this complex melatonin and honestly it’s amazing. As it is kicking in, you can feel how your muscles and body is just relaxing, but not in an oddly uncomfortable manner. I also decided to only take one gummy to half the dose since it was first time trying, and stuck to taking one gummy instead of two. I feel like the way this is packaged, it made it easier and flexible with dosages… which is convenient and nice!!

I began experiencing night sweats from the very first day of taking these gummies, along with frequent awakenings throughout the night. Unfortunately, they have significantly disrupted my sleep, and as a result, I’ve decided to discontinue use. While they may work well for others, they did not agree with me.

Do they relax you? Yes yes they do! Make you sleepy yes! They work! The ONLY thing is I ate and then took the gummies and I got diarrhea, Im thinking since Magnesium relaxes you, the bowels start relaxing too therefore it made me get horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea.

This was a freebie on my order. I didn’t expect much out of it but man, what a difference to my sleep. When taking this I didn’t have the “wake up at 3, 4, and 5 am” nor did I have trouble falling asleep. I can’t speak to the stress relieving part, I’m not particularly stressed, but the sleep is certainly restful and peaceful.

I received this as a free gift with another order. I thought I’d give it a try while traveling as that’s when I have the most difficulty sleeping. I was amazed and most pleased with the results! Slept through the night when I usually toss and turn due to being overtired and in a foreign environment. It will definitely be my “go to” when on the road spending the night in hotels. It will also be handy at home on those nights I can’t get my brain to disengage.

Tried these on a whelm and had no problem falling asleep, they worked find for the first few days. By the end of the week, I would wake two hours later unable to fall back asleep. It took a few days to get back to my normal waking up in the middle of the night, but falling back asleep. To finish off the bottle. They’ll only be used when I am able to take a nap.

I'm not sure this product is right for me. While it contains ingredients known to be conducive to sleep (L-theanine, magnesium and melatonin), trouble is the first time I tried it, I woke up with a terrible dry mouth. Due I believe to way too much sugar included in the recipe, as in glucose syrup, sugar and dextrose. I'm already prediabetic, so if you could leave all that stuff out, or at least offer a diabetic version, I think that would improve things. Thank you.
