I had it and used it for a month, loved it, but it broke and started making FIRE SMELLS I tried to replace parts, nothing worked, actually a waste !!!!! lolololol i hate u ninja we have beef also its really loud

Ikept seeing adds for this and thought I need to change my sweet tooth so I gave it a try and I don't think I will ever go back to store bought ice cream again. Now I know whats in it, and I even bought a recipe book specically for healthy options and adding in protein powder. I only think for the price it should come with more containers.

I bought this ninja creami in 2023 and loved it but the last two times I’ve used it recently my ninja creami has been filled with small plastic pieces in it… very disappointed and sad..

I just adore my Ninja CREAMi! It's really such a blast to use and makes some wonderful ice cream, sorbet, and other frozen goodies. The box was wonderful, so the machine reached me safely, and it looks solid and heavy-duty. I also appreciate that it does not have that plastic smell, since it does come in contact with food. What I just adore is the fact that it's so versatile—you can create a decadent dessert, a healthy fruit-based snack, and even mix it with your choice of toppings. You just do have to make sure to prep the base in advance, but once you've mastered it, it's as easy as pie, and the reward is well worth it! Highly recommend!❤️

Fun any easy to use with great results

Love the smoothness of the ice cream and smoothie bowls. It is a bit loud, but worth the little bit of noise for the overall quality of what you make.

Has no smell at all and ive had mine for about 2 years, no problems. comes apart really easily for cleaning and all parts are recyclable for when your done! you can make just about anything in this machine

We love our Ninja CREAMi! We’ve had it 2 weeks and have loved making a variety of ice cream and sorbet treats!

It is useful and does the job, but it is VERY noisy which negates its convenience.

I have had this machine for 2 years now. I’ve used the Creami maybe 50 times tops, and it has bitten the dust. I would say that this was my worst kitchen purchase to date. Here’s why: 1. You must make the base a full 24 hours in advance. No whipping stuff up on a whim. 2. It’s a poor design. If the cup isn’t in exactly right, the machine won’t work. I’ve never one time had this machine run without finagling the lid or the cup. 3. It didn’t come with any instructions or recipes. 4. It’s not user friendly let alone child friendly. I feel like this should have been something tweens should be able to use unsupervised. They literally aways need help- not with the recipes. They need help with the stupid machine and lining up the lid.

I’ve had my Ninja CREAMi for about 1.5 years. I use it all the time up until tonight. The machine started smoking and shards from the blade were in my ice cream. It’s broke now. I shouldn’t have to buy an expensive machine for ice cream every year or so.

I am so pleased that my son recommended that we buy the Ninja CREAMi. We have made several pints of ice cream and are improving the taste and texture as we go along. We have watched many YouTube videos explaining do's and don'ts of the appliance as well as thousands of recipes. I highly recommend this product to anyone that likes ice cream!

I bought this product almost a month ago and it’s great fun to use.

I purchased the F1 Creami after many reviews and posts I had seen and heard about it. I adore ice cream but I am lactose intolerant and have mother health conditions that are affected by traditional ice cream ingredients. I make my own “Nice Cream” made of frozen bananas as a base, all I have to do is smash bananas and add any other ingredients to flavor the Nice Cream. The machine is loud but so is any blender type machine, it is quick though so you don’t have to hear it for long. I appreciate the timer on the top counting down, I also appreciate how EASY it is to clean, my 70 year old dad can create his own ice cream and clean the machine with ease. I do wish there was an easier way to fit in toppings when Mixing In, my machine wiggles with strain even if I finely chop and cut the items into crumbs… not sure why. Otherwise this is a great product,

Really fun! Recipes are reliable and turn out well! We have maybe two complaints. For what it does, it’s really (maybe unnecessarily) big! Also, even though it only runs for a short amount of time, it’s pretty loud and the motor makes a smell.

this is a absolute life saver for picky kids when it comes to frozen desserts really easy to use and have made fruit soberts and easy to put together

The creami is awesome. It allows you to be creative and make your own flavor combinations that fit your macros. The downside is it’s really loud but I have been enjoying it.

I bought Ninja Cremi a month ago and am so disappointed! In order to actually have a satisfactory “creamy” consistency to any of the Ninja Cremi recipes from the recipe booklet included with this machine, and after having frozen the preparation for the required 24 hours, and making certain the mixture was not above the maximum fill line on the Nina pint containers and that the mixture was level, it took three to four processing times to do this! This machine is also very noisy and none of my family was able to even hold a conversation while the Cremi was in operation. The texture of the ice cream after one or two processing sessions was still partially granular and the bottom half of the pint was not even processed! I had given a neighbour a pint of strawberry ice cream made in the Ninja Cremi, and as I discovered, you must have this machine on hand to re-process each and every time you remove a full pint or a partial pint from the freezer! Not like commercial ice cream that remains creamy in the freezer upon serving some and keeping any remaining servings in the freezer! A big disappointment for my neighbour and an embarrassment and a bigger disappointment for me! I had bought this machine for two reasons: to treat my twin granddaughters to homemade ice cream with wholesome ingredients and to make low-sugar ice cream for my diabetic husband. This machine is more trouble than its worth! I can buy a good amount of both dietetic ice cream and regular ice cream, such as Chapmans Canadian ice cream for the price of the Ninja Cremi! I returned the Ninja Cremi to the store from whence it came.

Loving this - new to the machine and have only made the vanilla and chocolate. Did not follow the recipe for the chocolate and did a vanilla plus addition. Found it interesting that cream cheese is used - turns out a really good ice cream (and I thought only Bryer's was natural). Plan on experimenting with the other recipes soon. Really easy to operate and clean - a happy camper!
