I bough this because it was a Ninja and liked the fact it was convenience to take and go. The first time I tried it did not mix my ingredients together in the automatic time. I thought ok, learning curve. I have tried to make 5 smoothies in it since the initial try. No matter how small I cut up my fruit, it does not mix the ingredients on the first try. The charge does not last very long either. I have always bought Bullets in the past and will go back.

Absolutely horrible I’ve had it for a little over a year and six months into having it it dies so quickly. I will charge it and go to blend up my smooth ingredients five seconds in it says it’s needs to be charged. Bad battery life not the smoothest blender.

this is the WORST Blender ever. it won't let you blend anything that's not liquid, which defeats the purpose of a blender. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. you wont be able to blend anything!!! invest your money in another blender. also the design sucks!! normal blenders are made so the cup part comes off completely. this product has the glass separate from the blade component, so if you wanna drink from it, you have to either lift the entire blender, or pour into another cup. terrible design, terrible product. DO NOT BUY!!!

The blender doesn’t function correctly. It shows that the battery needs charging, but when I place it on the charger, it suddenly says the battery is full. I tried several times, and it still doesn’t work. Very disappointing!

I have been using this daily for almost 1 year. I love it! I add everything I can for fruits and vegetables in my smoothies. I originally had multiple Blend-Jets but they couldn't process what I wanted and broke down. This product is performing great for me. Cleaning it is easy and fast. I have given this to three other people who love it too.

There was no bottom for the travelling cup. You either sip it with the blades still attached, or not able to sip it at all.

Literally can't even blend a frozen banana. Turns red which means "Blades blocked" even though it can clearly still blend because after I turn it on it spins for a little until it senses the banana again. Awful.

I bought this a week ago. I love the blender it blends frozen fruits well. My only complaint is I wish it came with a bottom to attach to the blending vessel. This would make this portable blender a 11 out of 10. Yes you can drink it with the motor base attached not saying it’s heavy but it has a little weight to it would be to much if I was on a hike or walk. But perfect for my desk or to keep in my locker.

Great product in theory. Battery must drain when not in use because no matter how much I charge it, it’s never charged enough to make it thought one smoothie without stopping and starting. I which is disappointing as the smaller size is convenient when you don’t want to pull out a full sized blender

I would give this 5 stars if it wasn’t so finicky. From the get go I have had issues with it but chose to look past them because I really like the ease of blending with this item. It’s been a year and a half since I bought it and it’s officially gone bad. It doesn’t look good when a product goes bad shortly after the 1 year warranty mark. Very sad!

Bad experience with Medford MA location

If I can give them a zero star I would. Medford location forgot to give my item, I went back & they gave me a hard time when it’s their fault. After debating for a long period of time, the manager had to get involved. They found the item. Medford location always messed up order & has the audacity to give us an attitude act like we’re trying to get a freebie or something
