Replacemebt 8 months ago and now won't charge at all. Something happened to the original too. If the charge port gets wet it eventually will do this. Maybe putting a plug in the charge port might help. I have done all the trouble shooting and it still will not charge. Going to get another blender that doesn't have the power attachment on the bottle. You can't clean unless it's attached. They only guarantee a replacement product 6 months so I am out of luck because it lasted 8 months this time. Bad design.......

I have had 2 of these due to battery life issues. It never gets better. It will last for about 1 smoothie before you have to charge. Just buy a blender and make it at home.

If I could leave 0 stars for this product, I would. I bought it on sale in late May of 2024. By the end of June, I would have to keep it plugged in in order to blend anything. Today, January 3, 2025, I have let it charge for a FULL 24 hours. I went to make a peanut butter banana smoothie, aka a smoothie with very soft ingredients, and it blended for approximately 7 seconds before dying. Now, it won’t charge at all. Don’t waste your money on this horrible product.

once you get everything in the blender, every single time without fail there is a button that starts flashing and it rejects the ability to blend. whether it be purple or red, it flashes for 15 seconds before it allows you to retry blending. even when you try and investigate the issue it is claiming to have, it continues flashing and if i’m lucky it takes 10 minutes to finally start blending correctly

Bought this 2 months ago. Worked great at first. Then all of a sudden stopped working. I would make my post workout smoothies in them. Nothing crazy, milk, protein powder, pb fit powder and some frozen fruit. That's it. The battery is fully charged, the blades are clean, nothing is over filled. I would turn it on, get the solid purple, hit start and it would immediately turn to a solid orange color. So I'd shut it off give it a few minutes. Turn it back on and the same thing happened over and over. No idea what happened. It just stopped working. Crazy after 2 months of use it's totally dead. Won't even function. I've tried everything. Looked up every possible reason why it would go from solid purple to solid orange. Even when empty. Nothing is blocking the blades. Waste of money. Totally over hyped.

I love Ninja products, but I was very disappointed on how this was made. You cannot fit everything it takes to make a shake and expect this thing to work like a normal blender would. It dies really fast and it does not blend all the fruit, vegetables or even the ice. I would not recommend this product.

Wish I had read all the reviews first, I would not have purchased this product. The blender blade gets stuck every time, I have tried letting the fruit thaw, nothing works. Plus holding a charge not terrible but not great.I love my other ninja products just not this one.

Absolutely not this product was a complete waste of $50 the box states both parts of the blender are dishwasher safe..... I went to untwist the cup Assuming it was a cup (Violation of page 374 rule 30 in the cdf) and it spilt all over me. I will be contacting corporate in regards to compensation. Thank you!

It’s missing two pieces! And I can’t return it to target apparently according to the app?!? The bottom cap and the blade cover weren’t in the box and it came in a box that wasn’t a sales floor box. If I purchase something at target I want the convenience of target dealing with the problem.

The blender is probably gonna be the worst blender I’ve ever seen in my life and the newer models even worse Lily does not do frozen smoothies. The battery couldn’t even finish a smoothie I made in it without turning red.

I received this as a Christmas gift last year and everything was great until last week I found the product and cord melted during charging. The blender had been charging for less than an hour when I smelt something hot. Thankfully we were home or I fear the outcome could have been worse. Due to the melted charging port and cord, I refuse to try to see if the product is still operational.

I purchased this for Christmas last year. We started to use it in June of 2024. This blender didn't last 3 months. The blender doesn't hold a charge even after a overnight charge. This blender is not worth the money. Buy something different
