Q: I live in a RV, looking for this type of appliance with multiple functions. I am concerned about wattage to run this unit. It says it puts out 1800 wattage, but is that what is required to function?
A: Yes, a 30 amp RV power source can run 1800 watts, as a 30 amp circuit has a maximum capacity of 3600 watts, meaning you can safely operate appliances drawing up to 1800 watts
submitted bycym57 - 7 months agoA: I would assume as long as you are plugged in or have generator on board turned on, using the inverter, just remember 1 high wattage appliance at a time!
submitted byAnde - 15 days agoA: The Ninja Flip Toaster is 1800 watts.

Q: Is it easy to clean? And how do you clean it?
A: To the best of my knowledge THIS model shown here does not have the feature where the bottom opens up for easy access to clean. Therefore, it would be more difficult to clean than older version.
submitted byZookeeper - 3 months agoA: I have the older version. Easy to clean: flip it up and the bottom opens for easy access to clean. It has a Crumb tray,, just wipe down. Love this item, use it daily.
submitted byMkp - 10 months agoA: This is very easy to clean. We recommend cleaning the interior after every use with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. Ensure the unit is unplugged and cooled before you start.

Q: Is this oven safe to use? It makes all the lights in my house flicker while it's running.
A: If your lights flicker then I would get an electrician out because itv sounds like Shortage somewhere.
submitted byfredreed - 7 months agoA: Anything with a heating element is going to need a lot of electrical current to run (space heaters, straighteners, mini ovens). It sounds like it’s pushing the upper limits of your kitchen’s circuit and might one day trip your circuit breaker. You’d need to either unplug other high power items to use this or try using an outlet on a different circuit.
submitted byIckVick - 11 months agoA: We’re sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your oven. If it's causing lights in your home to flicker while in use, we recommend contacting our Customer Support Team first at 1-800-365-0135 so we can review the situation and ensure everything is functioning safely. While the oven itself is generally safe to use, flickering lights may indicate a home electrical issue, so you may also want to reach out to a licensed electrician to inspect your system as a precaution. We are open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, as well as on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.

Q: Can i bake a chicken in there
A: I do not know, but I would have liked an answer from the "brand expert" that said "Yes, as long as the size is ...". Given the photo, I somehow doubt it could roast a 6-lb chicken.
submitted byTDG07040 - 7 months agoA: Yes, you can cook and bake a chicken on this unit.

Q: Can I reheat coffee and food in this?
A: Yes, you can reheat food in the Toaster Oven using functions like Air Roast or Bake. However, reheating coffee is not recommended, as the unit is not designed for liquids in open containers. For best results, use microwave-safe methods for beverages.

Q: Can you defrost items?
A: It depends on the food. We recommend following the package instructions. If needed, you can use the Bake or Air Roast setting at a low temperature to gently defrost. Always monitor closely for best results.

Q: Can this unit stack on top of a microwave safely?
A: Hi Mindy, it’s not recommended to place the Ninja SP151 on top of a microwave, as both appliances generate heat and require proper ventilation, which could lead to overheating or damage if airflow is restricted.

Q: Does a 9x13 casserole pan fit inside this?
A: Hello there, Thank you for your great question! While we don’t offer a Ninja-branded casserole pan specifically for this unit, a universal casserole pan with straight edges and no handles should work just fine. Kind regards, Ninja Kitchen
