A kitchen essential ! II expedites cooking time , don’t have to thaw out frozen meat. Rice cooks in 5 min. I cooked spaghetti dinner with frozen sausage in 8 min. I had to replace this it came missing parts and in a damaged box. I hope the replacement is like it was described and complete. I had help from chat doing this and Debbie and Norah were great getting this straightened out. This is going to be a gift so I'm hoping it's right. I'm not sure why it was sent out anyway. It was in terrible shape to begin with.

Glorified chicken nugget maker
This thing is only really good at basic air fryer functions like reheating fries and making chicken nuggets. It burns the top of baked goods and leaves the inside cool and uncooked. It pulverizes steamed vegetables, making them into a sad lump of goo. Its slow cook function is only for yogurt for some reason. It's just useless. And yes, I did follow temperature and time recommendations based on what I was cooking. This thing just sucks and was a waste of money.

Had to replace one after about a year and now the second one is not working right. I would not recommend. Will go with my original Instant Pot once I dispose of this.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my excitement and gratitude for not just one, but two of your amazing products! I love to cook and especially bake since childhood but it always take me so much time. I’m a full time student and have a full time job and can’t spend hours to make a decent dinner and desserts every day. I decided to try and get one of ninja multicookers. I’ve been using the Ninja Foodi for a month now and I have to say, I am beyond impressed. The hamburgers I cooked for my family dinner yesterday came out absolutely perfect—hands down the best we’ve ever tasted. What really blew me away was how quickly it worked—meats dishes that normally take seven hours in the oven or few hours in a pan were ready in just about an hour in the machine, and the flavor was phenomenal. My family and I couldn’t stop smiling and talking about how great the food was!

Waste of my Timenm
This product has been a complete waste of my time. The first one I bought was missing every removable part inside of the box, which I had to return. The next cooker at least had the parts in it. But when I attempted to follow the “first time pressure cooking” instructions, the cooker wouldn’t even turn on. I’m returning this product and not looking back.
