It works amazing, everything it says on the manual is all true and I’ve tested. With the different sets that come with I’m happy! Highly recommend. But it’s all personal preference some might like it or some might not be into it. Either way I’ve tried almost all blender and this one was affordable and works for me and my family’s.

Okay blender, not really a processor
my food processor died, and I didn't have a blender, so this seemed like a good idea. however, it's really just a blender with three different sized containers. there is no way to add things while processing and no slicing/grating blade. It's fine as a blender, but overall I am disappointed and will need to buy a separate food processor after all. warning: blades are extremely sharp. I have cut myself badly twice already just handing/cleaning them.

I absolutely love this blender! After doing so much research on all the different blenders, I found this to be perfect. It’s incredibly powerful and blends everything from ice to leafy greens into a smooth, consistent texture. The Auto-iQ Boost programs make it simple to use, and I like having the choice between the large pitcher for family servings and the single-serve cups for quick smoothies on the go. The food processor attachment is a nice bonus too—I’ve used it for dips and even dough. Cleanup is a breeze since the parts are dishwasher safe. I also like to handwash it sometimes. Overall, it’s a versatile, reliable kitchen system that I’d definitely recommend.

Powerhouse for busy kitchens
This thing seriously does everything. I’ve used the blender for smoothies, the processor for dough and chopping veggies, and even the single-serve cups for quick toddler snacks or post-workout shakes. It’s powerful, easy to clean, and actually replaces a few of my old appliances. The suction cups on the base are strong (no dancing blender across the counter), and it doesn’t sound like a jet engine taking off, which is rare for this much power. Also love that the pitcher is huge — no need for batch blending. Only downside? It takes up some space, but for everything it does, I don’t mind at all. Total kitchen MVP.

NOT A FOOD PROCESSOR
The name of this item and what's included is misleading. The guide shows that you can chop and use this item as a food processor when that is not actually the case. Very misleading and I am upset I spent money on this item and cannot return it. They should not be putting food processor in the description at all. Not sure why it would include the food processor bowl and no food processor blade or feed to insert food from the top for processing.

Broke down within seven month
We use almost once a week, very light usage, although the motor had a malfunction that wasn’t repairable. Ninja offers a replacement that will take 4 weeks to receive and I will have to pay $60 delivery fees. A very bad warranty and low quality product.
