I had a different Ninja blender model that worked for years until the blades wore out and I couldn’t find a replacement part. I bought this model a few months ago and hate it. It is so loud. And the cups say they are dishwasher safe but I don’t think they are- the blender attachment won’t connect smoothly to the cups anymore and I just ordered two replacement cups from the Ninja website. I paid more money for this blender compared to my last one, and it is worse.

Broken right out of the box. It’s really noisy and smell like something is burning!!! Still waiting my the exchange. Defective item was delivered on June 4th. Replacement item till not shipped.

Juice leaks from the beginning without close lid with rubber band. I’ve bought the lid and cup within a year, but didn’t help well. Because bad design.

I bought this about 3 months ago. I use it everyday for smoothie and the last two weeks it has been impossible to use when alone. The big container is impossible to put the blender attachment on. It is worn out and now I wish I bought a blender instead.

Such a great appliance. My husband and I love making fresh smoothies several times a week. Using fresh fruits and juices, we find them filling and helping us to get away from carbs. So glad we bought it! It is a little bit on the loud side, but it is very efficient and fun to use. Smoothies in slightly over a minute. Love the 24 ounce cups and the covers to go. So convenient to make a breakfast smoothie to bring to work.Highly recommend.

I purchased this Ninja blender a year ago, but I hardly used it until a month ago. One day, while making a smoothie, the blender started emitting an unpleasant burning odor, smoke came out from the inside, and my smoothie turned dark, tasted awful, and was undrinkable. Considering I have several other Ninja products in my kitchen, I was deeply disappointed with the quality of this blender.

Makes great smoothies. I’ve been using this everyday since purchasing to drink my nutrients. Can crush ice and frozen fruits very easily. Smoothies are done in one minute. The only downside is it’s very loud.

This is my third Auto-iQ, the second one for me and one for my sister who lives in Mexico, where they use fresh fruits and vegetables. Besides doing a great job blending everything, they are very durable. I use mine every morning and my first one, which I purchased in 2017, just stopped working.

Purchased October 2022, died January 2025. Used almost daily with a three month period exception. Went pretty easy on this thing - Bananas, oats, and fresh vegetables. Didn't often use frozen items. Pretty disappointed that it didn't last longer before the motor smoked up my kitchen. Don't think I'll be buying this brand again.

I bought this blender last month to make smoothies and so glad I did! I actually use the recipes it comes with and it is very easy and quick to make a good smoothie. It's also very easy to clean. It is nice having two cups.
