Poor blender
I bought this blender expecting it to last more than a year, the blender is leaking from the gear shaft and the lid is not closing any more .Very disappointed. We’ve loved Ninja products but this blender was not a good purchase.

Disappointment and warranty is a joke
I received this for mother's day. I've used blender cup a few times, and it is already leaking out the bottom around the blades. They do not cover anything for bowls, blades or anything outside of the actual motor part of the equipment, but im sure they will find a reason not to cover it somehow as well. Nothing done to damage it, but they won't take responsibility for their defective product. Had another set previously that mixing bowl cracked. Reading reviews that seem to be a common issue as well so once again other have to pay for replacement parts when they are selling defective products. I used to be a huge fan of Ninja/Shark, but that is quickly changing with the products consistently having issues without company taking responsibility as it should. If you cant make the products well enough to back them up, one shouldn't make anything at all. That simple.

Not like they used to make them.
I loved my ninja blender and take good care of it. But the reality is it’s got a quality issue with the processor attachment. I barely use it and the entire bottom broke off and looks rusted. Since it’s no longer under warranty my only option is to pay $$$ for a replacement blown and lid. I don’t need the entire assembly just the defective bowl. Shouldn’t cost almost as much as the entire blender system itself.

Very disappointed
I was so excited to be able to replace 3 appliances with one only to find out that I can’t slice veggies. Thankfully we hadn’t put our old Cuisinart on marketplace so now I have to keep it.

Injury
First of all I want to say that I’m hurt emotionally because I really like the ninja blender. Yesterday I was received a severe laceration from using one of these blenders. The blades come out which seems nice when you buy it because it’s easier to clean. This is very dangerous and I’m not the only person who has been injured when using this blender. I hope that ninja creates a different way to secure the blades. The previous one was not like this. Just the new design.

Good blender, cheap parts
This blender set was really great for the first year or so, but then things started to fall apart. The blade for the smoothie cups broke first, then the lid for the food processor, and now the lid for the big blender piece is starting to go too. The power and options are great, just wish it was built with more longevity
