The Premium Rug Pad provides a firm foundation feel underfoot, while adding a nonskid layer between an area rug and your floor. Its low profile allows area rugs to lay flat to the floor, keeping them in place and making vacuuming easier. A rug pad is recommended to prevent slipping and to keep the rug lying flat in one place

Not worth the money.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's essentially no padding to this "premium" padding. It's nonslip, but that's it. When I placed a second order I didn't bother buying a pad and used what I already had from another retailer. Much better.

Wrong rug pad?

Worth it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad I bought this rug pad. I bought a new thin rug for my kitchen but noticed I was slipping on the edges of the rug. I was concerned about falls, so I invested in this rug pad. It holds the rug in place very securely. No more slipping on the laminate floors in my kitchen.

Rug Pad for Runners is not correct size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately the pads are only 2 feet wide while the runners they sell are almost 3 feet wide. This makes the pads pretty useless as my runners are sliding around constantly. Would not waste my money on these.
