Good while it lasted. Burning, smoking -- black particles all over. Motor/gear dislocated and completely damaged. NutriBullet's quality has gone WAY down over past few years. Will not purchase again.

The rubber casing of the blades snapped after being used only a few times. I was very careful to follow the directions and use correct amount of ingredients. Very disappointed to have spent so much money on this product.

I have had it for 3 months used exactly 26times. The blade assembly is not sealed liqued and water from washing it by hand is stuck inside. It emits a horrible smell and the assembly is loose. They state it is normal wear and tear. And you are not to use ice cubes only crushed ice even though the picture clearly shows ice cubes in it. But they would replace it if I paid a processing fee,tax and shipping. First normal wear and tear after using 26 times is unheard of. This is for a defect that could make people sick. But there is MOLD in the blade assembly leaking into what you blend. Making you sick. Their warranty is innapropriate.

I've used Superberry Ultimate in a Rocket 900 since 2014 and juicing for 1 meal per day is fairly easy. I notice that compared to other products that are similar, Living Fuel DEFINITELY has a calming effect. A+

Read the directions. The Nutribullet is different than the product I’ve used in the past. Makes a smoothie in 30 seconds and grinds chicken for chicken salad in 20! I am so impressed. My advice is to clean it immediately after using rather than soaking. I’m really, really impressed.

I had a nutribullet before my last machine and purchased one again, forgetting the drawbacks of it. It isn't as powerful or durable as I remember. I feel like the machine starts to smell even under a minute of blending. I don't know if it's going to last long.

Works well, mixes very quickly, but is quite loud. The seal with the mixing head either comes loose or leaks (if it is not super tight.) Overall, I like it, but it could use some improvements.

I got this product hoping it is enough sturdy and will do it's job of fine grinding/ blending well but Within just 6 months blender jar got broken on outer part which goes in machine and hold it in position.

I purchased my NutriBullet Pro approx one month ago and I’m very disappointed with it. I love smoothies and when I activate the base it unscrews itself and leaks the contents and makes a total mess. I had my husband screw it on tight and it still unscrewed itself. On one occasion I couldn’t make out what the noise was until I unscrewed the cup and found the rotary gasket in my smoothie.

This is my second one. First one lasted two years. I have had trouble with this immediately. It shut off once mid blend and wouldn’t turn back on. The blender has started to make weird noises and wouldn’t let me unlock multiple times. I had to unplug it to get it to stop. Overall unhappy with this year.

Super loud , bulky , poor design .Not very user friendly hard to engage and disengage . Tired of clipping my finger tips removing lids on the 3 plastic nubs . The motor is extremely powerful, and the cup is tall. It takes a few days' practice to learn exactly how to use it. I've found that it works best if I stay with it the whole time I'm blending. I blend for a few seconds, stop, remove the cup and blade assembly from the base, check to be sure it hasn't come unscrewed, carefully move it from side to side to help the ingredients mix together, and repeat this process a couple more times, each time blending no more than 10 seconds. Keep watching to be sure there are no leaks. Then, voila! You will have the best smoothie you've ever tasted.
