These things are disgusting. I saw so many incredible reviews so I purchased three colors....2 of which had a clear oily fluid come out prior to the product. The fragrance is way overpowering. Once I reached the actual color, the payoff was not even close to what I saw online. I would definitely pass on these. I walked right back into the store and returned them.

I usually don't pick favorites, but I tried Smudge Fudge on a whim and liked it so much that I grabbed a second tube and several other colors. The texture feels so nice on my lips - very lightweight with no stickiness, and so very soft. Nice buildable color that doesn't overwhelm. The only bummer is that the staying power is pretty limited -- usually need to re-up before noon if not earlier, but it's a balm not a lipstick so I'm not too disappointed. Wish it wasn't an online-only exclusive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] five stars because I have yet to see something like this on the market and because it’s such a cool concept! it’s like a pore filling primer, but for your lips, and oddly enough, you’d think it would be drying and it’s really not!! it has a light, sweet scent, I can’t really pinpoint what the sweetness is supposed to be but it’s just a sweet fragrance, not crazy over the top though. The price is great for what it is, NYX always hits it out of the park with their price points! I can’t wait to purchase different shades of this product!

I did not expect the feeling when I first applied - it was a fun surprise. The color is subtle but buildable. I do have to apply with a mirror each time…it takes a little bit of application to fully cover the lips…it’s not a swipe and go lip balm for me, which is ok! It isn’t very long lasting so I do find myself applying something on top of it for longevity.

Bought 2 colors in the new Smushy Matte Lip Balm - it's different when you first put on, but it glides on easily, the color is great and you get a matte lip that isn't dried out looking, which I love. Now, I need to decide on a few more colors, lol

The ingredients are fantastic with mochi rice powder and sugar lipid ceramides. The packaging is good as it has a flat top so it can stand up. The price is good, not too high, and not too low. Around 8-9 dollars.

I love how plush the balm feels on my lips - it isn’t drying at all. The color is absolutely perfect. They staying power is on point. It left a matte finish without dry lips. It doesn’t fix lip lines but kind of blends them in. I will need to try some other colors!
