    My cute little iron

    defective

    I ordered a new Oliso project iron. Iy was defective. I was sent a second iron. It was also defective. I received a third iron and this finally one worked. The customer service reps are friendly but the process is unnecessarily slow, requiring the rep to consult with a “team” before taking any steps. This happened over and over again and added many days to the process which significantly decreased my satisfaction. I can also see getting a defective item from time to time but twice? It makes me seriously wonder about this company's quality assurance process.

    What a nice little iron. My last M3Pro stopped working - right after the warranty wore off and customer service at Oliso was awesome. They gave me 20% off a new iron with free shipping. And I am so happy - I love this little iron.

    Perfect for My New Normal

    A hemorrhagic stroke paralyzed my dominant right side. As I’ve worked through PT and OT to build new neural pathways and strength, I was able to start simple sewing tasks again. Of course that requires ironing, and I wasn’t able to handle my regular iron. The Oliso M3Pro has proved to be an excellent iron for my strength and maneuverability. Its size and design make it easy for me to handle with both my right and left hand. The steam function works well for my uses. Its right raspberry color always makes me smile when I begin my ironing. For me it’s a winner all around.
