Amazing steamer

I had recently purchased pro and it wasn’t steaming. Something was wrong with it and I did all of the protocol to try to resolve the issue, but fortunately Alyssa worked with me and allowed me to return the item and exchange it for a brand new one which seems beautifully. Still wondering, what was wrong with the defective iron.

Perfect Iron!

This is the best purchase I've made in a long time. Easy to use. The size is perfect. It fits the hand perfectly. Heats up quick and the light on the front is so much more helpful than I imagined. Even being compact I love the feature that you can iron with or without steam. I don't know how I've gone so long without one. It fits perfectly beside my machine saving me time from constantly getting up to use my big iron and ironing board. And the color is gorgeous. If you are on the fence about getting one, jump off and get one. You won't be disappointed.

Love it!

This little iron is a must for quilting. Love it. Great customer service also. I purchased my first about 9 months ago and it stopped working. It comes with a 2 year warranty. I called Olisa and in as little as 4 days i had my replacement iron. It is a great little iron. Would highly recommend.

Won’t steam

This is a warranty replacement. The first iron had an issue with the headlight flashing and this one won’t steam from the back holes. Sending it back for another replacement. Customer service has been great. Hoping one last try will be successful.

Absolutely LOVE it!!!

I have been using my mini iron for a few months now and I absolutely love it. It is super practical and powerful. It is also very compact and easy to transport. My favorite part? I can hang it from my pegboard and make my sewing corner look gorgeous. 100% recommend!

Replacement iron

My original iron was wonderful EXCEPT I couldn’t get steam. I emailed the manufacturer who walked me through a number of tests. Nothing worked. It was under warranty, so they replaced it — with one with steam working. The vendor was quick and thorough on all my email responses; and the replacement iron was received in a couple days.

Compact, easy to use and gets the job done!
