OLLY Goodbye Stress Gummies with GABA, L-Theanine & Lemon Balm - Berry Verbena

Took these before bed woke up abruptly 3 hours later dizzy. Like I couldn't move without feeling like the entire room was moving. Cold Sweats and sick to my stomach. My heart was racing I literally thought I was dying or something was severally wrong with me. I felt so bad I went to the ER. When I told the nurse I had taken a vitamin supplement for stress. She asked me, " where they in a square container?? you can buy them at Target?? People are in here all the time for those."

I like to get these during times of high stress. The taste is good and the texture is alright. I do feel like it does take the edge off on chaotic days. They smell good and not overpowering. They are a bit pricy but so go on sale often and I do grab it when it does.

Seemed to help the first two nights and then stopped working.

I really want to love these because of the ingredients but they are so bitter and do not taste good.

Weird texture, off tasting and it doesn’t work. If anything I feel more anxious after taking these. I’m neurodivergent so maybe these have an opposite effect on me or something but I’m not impressed.

During that time of the month, PMDD makes me feel like im Dr. Jekel. these help take the edge off!!! Theyre a Godsend!!

The olly stress gummies were my life saver when I went back to work 6 weeks postpartum. I struggled with postpartum depression and work a very high demanding job. They taste and smell great! They aren’t too expensive and easy to stock up on when on sale! Packaging is child resistant but not too difficult to get open after a sleepless night with a new born!

I used to take these frequently at night to calm day from the day and they worked fine. Recently started back taking them and noticed I felt extremely tired and had some hallucinations! Head felt really foggy and couldn’t concentrate. Scary! A NO for me!!

This might be a total placebo but i don’t care because it seems to be working!! It totally calms me down without making me tired. Highly recommend.

I really love these gummies. The smell alone is very calming. I like to take them around 30 minutes before I want to sleep, while I’m doing my winding down routine for the night. I often have trouble sleeping and my brain will sometimes just constantly be going, so I like to choose the stress gummies over the sleep gummies as I feel like my sleeplessness has more to do with stress and anxiety and overthinking. I only take them on days when I feel extra stressed or if I still feel riled up by bedtime. As it suggests, I try to chew them extra thoroughly to release more of the active ingredients.

I keep a bottle of these at my desk and reach for them when the day starts getting chaotic. They seem to kick in quickly, within 15–30 minutes. I bought them specifically for the GABA and L-Theanine combo. I feel noticeably calmer and more focused without feeling drowsy or out of it. The taste is fine, not my favorite. They’re not magic, but they take the edge off when I need it.

This is the second jar I've bought, and both were opened. I bought the first one at the store and couldn't return it because I didn't check it until I got home, and I'd already thrown away the receipt. I bought the second one online and it arrived open. How annoying. They should check before shipping.

Really works to help calm but not a fan of the flavor. Wish it was just berry or another citrus. The verbena is too powerful

It works. You feel chill, and stress goes away. However, it makes you want to sleep once stress is gone. If you need energy to keep doing things, it’s trouble.
