Q: I was unable to attach the base to the poles. There was no ways to reach the end of the pole bolts from the bottom of the base. Is this a defect?

  • A: Sometimes the inner screw tube gets inside the Tube Pole. You will need to un-screw and loosen it enough to connect to the bottom of the base for the Bolt to tighten.

So far not thrilled and considering returning -- even after careful assembly the stand does not seem stable enough, and the bulbs don't really do much for the room. I read as each fixture offering three-way lighting but it looks like that was misleading language just meant to describe the fact that there are three bulbs.

Beautiful floor lamp!

I just received it and put it together, and voila! It's beautiful, and gives off a nice amount of light. Plus you can move the shades up and down. It's a lovely color. I'm very happy with my purchase.
