Q: This indicates it has a 60-minute timer with automatic shut off, but can you add more time manually? You cannot expect to sell this product if it cannot cook something for 75 or 90 minutes. Seriously

We really like our new oven! Only problem we have is the instructions for use are rather vague other than the air fry chart. Hard to know what selection to use, etc. For example, is the pizza selection to bake a homemade pizza or frozen. How can I find more info about this?

I received this for Christmas last year. I have barely used it. Up to this point I have been happy with it. But tonight I turned it on air fry and was getting ready to put a steak in and while I was seasoning the steak, the front right side glass just blew out all over my kitchen. I am just thankful there were no children in the area. Do not buy this item!

I haven’t tried it yet but I was very disappointed that there wasn’t a small cook book with how to and what is recommended for what you cook. Every appliance I have ever recd came with one. To be continued on how it cooks

Just click "Recipes & More" at the upper portion of our website. Also, here is a brief overview of the unit's settings: Warm • The Keep Warm feature ranges in temperature from 130 Degrees F to 180 Degrees F. • Top elements are at ½ power. • Bottom elements will not be on. • The thermostat dial must be set to a temperature for the Warm feature to work. Broil • Elements will glow red on Broil. • Ends of elements may appear to be burned out. They are not. • Highest temperature setting. • The thermostat dial must be set on a temperature for the unit to broil. Bake • Full elements will glow on the Bake setting. The top elements will be at ½ power. • Thermostat cycles on and off. • A temperature must be set for the Bake function to work. Toast • Temperature dial must be set on the MAX setting. Just received our oven and it is beautiful. Our concern is about the coating on the grill plate and pizza pan because we have a parrot. Teflon/PTFE fumes are highly toxic/lethal to birds. Can we find out what type of coating is on these accessories?

I have had many air fryers. This is by far the best one I've used! That being said, there are three issues: the LCD screen and controls are just too compact and a little difficult to use; the French doors don't stay open and often snap back close on my hands burning them; the grease tray/crumb tray is not deep enough to be effective. Again, still the best one out there! Use it all the time!

This product should be recalled because it is a burn hazard and possibly a fire hazard. I used this oven five times a week on the convection setting, 18 to 25 minutes each time at 400 degrees F maximum to prepare fish sticks, frozen pizza and heat up mac & cheese. After about two years of use the doors stopped staying open by themselves. I found the slider mechanism had melted and disintegrated. To be clear this oven never exceeded 400 degrees in temperature and was never used for longer than 25 minutes at a time.This oven deserves to be recalled because this causes a burn hazard. Many people have reported the doors failing to stay open.
