Q: How do you turn the toaster function and oven function off? I don't see any button to do that.
A: You usually just have to turn the timer knob back to zero on inexpensive toasters.

Q: It states that it comes with a broiler pan, but it doesn't have a broiling option? I want to broil steaks. Does it do that? Thanks!
A: There is a broil function. It's shown in the pictures AND listed in the description. Why is this "brand expert" making up nonsense answers to multiple questions (especially when it's this easy!)
